I came in on 3÷24÷16 around 1:30 ish no greeting no help at all from the workers they seemed like they didn’t even care the 2 girls working kept gossiping and acted like they owned the store will probably not come back I would rather spend my money else where and get decent customer service.

If you want to be ignored your entire shopping visit, grab things down with the stick from the wall yourself and flag down the lady on her cell phone working to open a fitting room and then stand at the cash register for 10 minutes waiting for someone to not ignore you and actually do their job and ring you up then come here while the taller girl with dark curly hair is working. I guess she is the manager. yikes!!! no thanks, ill take my money else where

Dope store, it’s different from the pearl ridge and ala moana stores because it’s smaller but they have different clothes. Workers are friendly and helped me out. One of them complemented my outfit.

I’ve came to this Pacsun MANY times. I didn’t get a greeting once I walked in, but I overheard that everything was buy 1 get 1 for 50% off. I was looking for some high waisted shorts and I finally found 1, then looked around for half an hour for another thing so I could get it 50% off but couldn’t find anything. So I decided not to get anything else but the high waisted shorts. So this young guy was ringing me up, told me that everything was buy 1 get 1 50% off and I just told him that I didn’t really want anything else cause I couldn’t find anything, he says «Okay» and rolls his eyes. He told me the total and so I gave him my gift card and told him there was $ 15 on it and it kept getting declined. He looked at the balance and said there was exactly $ 15 on it and kept trying. He kept getting declined but kept trying and seemed like he was getting more frustrated. While he was trying he kept telling me, «Are you sure you don’t want to find another thing to get it half off?» And said it 2 MORE TIMES!!! I kept saying «NO, I don’t want anything else, just the shorts» I mean it’s a great deal, but I literally couldn’t find anything I would’ve worn, and why would I buy something I wouldn’t like?
The card kept getting declined and so I just told me id call customer service and never returned.

I didn’t care for PacSun before because I felt they had the generic end of surf/​skate brands. BUT let me tell you, I am a new found PacSun fan. Maybe it’s because a lot of the things here were SO CHEAP. There were a bunch of things for sale. A lot of the things were REALLY cute too. I think I’m going to go back soon to grab a few tops and shorts. I found a bathing suit here. I got it for $ 28! There’s a deal going on right now where if you buy a bathing suit top you get the bottoms half off. Naturally I wanted to get another bathing suit, but I refrained.
I want to check out Ala Moana’s PacSun now to see what they have to offer. I would definitely recommend going here instead of Local Motion if you’re on a budget. well of course PACSUN! if you’re the type of person that loves cool and comfortable trendy clothes, you go to this place!
Their collection is super cool, they have all sorts of style! I’d say the loose shirts and skinny jeans are my favorite. They usually do seasonal sale so everyone should watch out for that.
Ambiance: trendy, very hip, they play the same soundtrack that HCO plays (I just noticed) gives you a lil bit of soCAL feel.
Price: $$ moderate
Staff: is friendly but sometime MIA when you need them to open a fitting room but it’s alright since they do help you get the right size you need.
Overall recommend Pacsun to everyone that wants some cheap trendy and com table clothes.

I had a love affair with Pacsun and this use to be my go to place for all my Metal Mulisha needs. If I was writing this review a year ago, I would have given them 5 stars right off the bat for the simple fact that they stocked MM.
They always seem to over staff people because whenever I go in, there’s atleast two people standing around in the front folding clothes and greeting people not to mention other workers on hand. Workers here have always been friendly and I have never had a bad experience with customer service at this place.
I went in recently and was severely disappointed. Where the hell did all my MM gear go? They had one MM shirt in stock, wtf people! Un fricken believable how could this happen. I was about to get all drama queeny. I needed my MM for New Years, it’s like my fight gear! You know how Whores need theyre hooker gear, same concept lol.
I usually go shopping by myself so i dont have to deal with other’s interfering with my shopping experience but I had my nephew with me this time. And he could tell i was livid. He kept giving me the sad face and telling me Annie dont be sad osayz my mom get it for u lol oh i wish she would my love. I love my bubbee so I tried to keep it pg and suppressed the filthy things i really wanted to say. Wasn’t about to get ignorant in front of a 2 yr old anyways. I go off the deep end sometimes so it’s good to have someone there to pull my ass back to reality.
I asked one of the girls working there if they were gonna get any new MM stuff sometime soon. She told me they just had a shipment about a week and a half ago and it sold pretty quick. Urgghh so not only do they not have anything in stock, there’s also a new breed of hoes buying up all the MM gear? Whatever we ended up browsing the store a bit and they had alot of Nollie, Volcom and Fox Racing stuff. But nothing i was interested in so we ended up leaving empty handed.
I dont hate this store and I will come back again the next time I’m at the mall to check on the MM stuff. But the love affair has been forever tainted and now i see them as a cheap fwb. I’m currently cheating on them with Macy’s, lol prices are higher but they always have MM on hand and are keeping me satisfied for the time being.
Pacsun your a heart breaker! Get on it with the MM stock and maybe I will try to remain faithful.
