Customer service sucks. No joke. We were being helped by a worker, she was really slow and she wasn’t really paying attention to our order. We had to repeat ourselves so much times. We told her she wasn’t paying attention to us and she was looking else where but she began to say she doesn’t want to be looked down on and that she doesn’t care if she loses her job because of us and that she doesn’t care about the customer. We did not look down at her at all, we were patient until she kept not paying attention to us. She said she was helping the new worker but she wasn’t helping the new worker at all. She was swearing at us too. We didn’t even want the sandwich after that, she didn’t even make it nicely. Very rude. A lot of people were behind us in line, im sure they heard what she said. We talked to management of the incident, he was very kind and very apologetic of what happened, what customer service should be like.

Customer Service here SUCKS!!! I waited in line for a good 5 – 10 minutes; I finally get helped only to find out they had NO Genoa Salami which is needed for the Italian B.M.T. They had NO sign as to stating the inconvenience that it will hold upon other customers. He’s smiling only the girl said sorry! The guy in the other hand said NOTHING! I ask for his name and then tell’s me for what? Now as far as I know for customer service whenever a customer asks you for your name – I was trained to give them your name politely! Not ask them why? I’m still sitting here in front of subway and hour has gone by and still NO Sign!!! Poor Customer Service
