DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! The receptionist is nuts. I have called to cancel an appointment and been given a lecture on responsibility. I have had her say off the wall things to me out of the blue. She does not answer simple questions. Does not want to make an appointment. I work in the mental health field and would not be surprised if she was on meds for something. She has told me to go to the ER and when my insurance company called she denied telling me to go there so I ended up paying a huge bill. There is more but too much to list. If you have had trouble you can file a complaint with RICOH. He’s a great doctor but she is out of her mind. I’m surprised he still has patients. Wish I could give a no star rating. I would.
