Such a great bank! I’ve only ever had awesome customer service from them. I won’t bank anywhere else. The assistant manager is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable, kind and helpful!

I called this bank because I had a couple of questions. When the phone message picked up it said my estimated hold time was 12 minutes. After holding for 50 minutes and listening to the hold message ask if I wanted to be called back I finally hung up. This was terribly disappointing. There is no reason I should have been on hold that long.
