I had these guys do a repair job on a glass waterpipes in the past. The first one was an ugly job but the piece remained functional. So I was not to hurt about it. The second repair I had them do was across state. I shipped them the piece after already paying for the repair. Long times goes by and had to call for an update. They had not even started after weeks when I was told by a worker it would have been done by then. I think these guys have a problem with processing short term memories at work if you know what I mean. Then I called again later and was told that there was a crack in the repair but it was still functional. I final get it back and it was held together with scotch tape and completely useless. I was more unhappy due to the fact i was lied to rather than the piece still being broken. I asked for a full refund but only got half due to an «initial fee» i was not told about at all until i asked for my money back. I then tried to come to a compromise with the owner in emails. His only solution was to take the half or put that half and more of my own money into buying one of their mass produced pieces at full retail value. I did not find any of their pieces to be at my standard of quality for the prices they were asking. I took my money an ran.

The artist (?) was in blackface and an afro wig for First Friday. I have no desire for drug paraphernalia, which seems to be all they sell. If you are in the market for that, you can get the same for less in Westport.

The most beautiful and unique glass. A+ insence. Nice people.
