They are liquidating… get it while it’s hot, After the Hobby Lobby fiasco, I chose never to shop there again. I was in the area of Beadz Galore, and I stopped by. I only wish I had known about Beadz Galore before they began liquidating. I’m writing this review, cause they have no idea when they are going to close. I walked into the shop and had a beadasm. They sell Delicas, Dynamites and miyuki beads, and right now, there’s not many, but they are willing to order for their customers. There’s strands upon strands. I bought some pretty pink beads to make a wrap bracelet, and a tiny crochet hook to use for applying beads to yarn individually. They have several chains priced by the inch or foot. Paracord, beading wire, and some charms as well. There’s colorful clothing(not liquidating prices, but worth checking out.) Kansas City doesn’t have many stores like this around, Eventually there will be one less. Hopefully I can run back there before they completely close.

While I wouldn’t say that this is truly a 3 star review(A-OK as Unilocal says), it is above a 2 star review. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Parking is kind of strange; I think this might be an old fast food place. The young lady working was kind enough, if not welcoming. I did like some of the unique college stuff around, and there were some interesting and inexpensive beads. I found some neat beads on the table in the back room. I went specifically to take a Rosary class(which she didn’t know anything about, and was basically a simple ‘stringing and crimping class’; I’d really prefer a class on making sturdier ones; I would have paid for one); even though I was purchasing all my beads and other supplies, I wasn’t allowed to use my own crucifix and center piece that I bought specifically for this. I understand that you have to purchase supplies there, but I did, with all the crimpers, spacers, beads, wire, etc. Once you’ve learned how to make it, I Donnelly’s has more selection, and a nicer selection for those pieces. I probably won’t be back unless there is an amazing class, or a rare piece I can’t find anywhere else.

Really friendly staff, huge selection, and it was cheaper than other places I’ve seen. Free classes after purchasing supplies too… For your Martha Stewartish side. I got really cool pieces to make rosary’s.
