Chick Fil A has been stepping up their chain game lately. Better food, served hot, friendly service! Keep it up! Although I’m pretty miffed they got rid of the cole slaw.

Worst chicfila I’ve ever been to. We’ve given it a couple of try’s and it never seems to get better. They aren’t friendly or apologetic about their mistakes. Also the lobby is filthy.

I have ate at many Chick — Fill — A most being in Oklahoma where I am from and it sounded good so me and the fiancé at here on our vacation and the chicken was pretty fresh but the fries was awful! Other then that drive thru was pretty fast for being busy.

Each time I visit a Chick-​fil-​A, I am amazed at the pleasant, smiling employees. This location is no exception. The food is good and a good valueThe spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. The waffle fries were crisp and golden, but kind of salty.
But as I said before, it is the employees that make the experience. They take away your trash and get your refills and just are the most personable of any fast food establishment. Thumbs up for Chick-​fil-​A and their employee training.

What can you say about a chain restaurant that hasn’t already been said. As usual, Chick-​Fil-​A is always the most polite staff, and the food is consistently good. Grilled chicken sandwich, side salad, and a small fry. Excellent quick lunch before my flight:

Can you say waffle fries!!! I love this place not only for the delicious food but for the friendly service. The chicken sandwich is always the fave but every now and again I grab an order of Chicken strips. You can’t go wrong! Waffle fries! Just wanted to say it again!!!

Pretty cool place. This Chick-​fil-​A has a kids playground, albeit small, and it’s a good place for small kids to burn some energy. Like most Chick-​fil-​As when you dine in they bring the order to you. I wish this place was a little bit cleaner though.

Stop messing up my order, please. We have been there twice and both times orders were incorrect. It appears most of the staff looks like inner city youth and they don’t have as much class as all of the other chick fil-​as I have frequented. Hope you pick things up, whoever the manager is. Thanks in advance. We do love the food and are glad to have one in our area now.

Slow service. I know this is a new location but many people after us already had their food. Chicken didn’t even fill the bun. Mmm, nice bite of lettuce and bun. Very plain sandwiches. Even after adding sauce it still tasted plain. Hard location to get into and out of. Watch the traffic here. Saw many vehicles going wrong way through drive-​thru lanes and several near misses. Why do they bother taking your name if the are going to give you table tag with a number to deliver you food? Couldn’t get refills unless you wait in line again. No senior options.

This location is brand new, staff is extremely friendly and the place is spotless! We tried the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and chicken strips both were served piping hot and were delicious. Highly recommend!

We just tried this new location today, and we were very happy with our visit. The place was busy, but the tables were clean as was the floor. Service was good and the food was quite tasty. We had run into over-​salted food at the Liberty, MO location on two different occasions. We were relieved to find this store did not over-​do the salt on the chicken or fries.
One negative was the uncomfortable metal chairs. All the booths were full so we had to choose a table. The chair backs make it difficult to sit back and relax while eating.

Honestly, I am from Georgia and have eaten at chick fil a’s my entire life. This one although new, is dirty, and lacks the elegant Customer service the franchise is known for. Dirty tables, no one refilling drinks etc. The one in Parallel Parkway will be my go to.
