I’m sorry to say their customer service was lacking and I won’t recommend this place at all. The manager doesn’t care that much about the customer and if the serVices were good or not. I asked to be accommodated and in the end they ended up yelling and Creating drama, which made me upset.

I went here last Saturday to have my nails done. I had gel manicure and pedicure. Today both polish are coming off already. Considering the gel polish should not crack or chip easily. I think this place was expensive and the quality of work was not so good compare to other nail salon. I usually go near zone rosa but due to lack of time and it’s near to my house I ended up going here. This was my second time here and I was disappointed again. I think mainly this salon’s attraction is to provide alcohol and non alcohol drinks to their customers. Not really fond of this salon.

My friend recommended I try this place out after I moved to the northland over a year ago. I’m so happy I took her advice. I always come here for my gel manis(and brow waxes!) because they are truly the best. I can trust knowing I’m going to leave with the salon perfect nails every time. The one and only time I «cheated» on Cici’s only made my loyalty that much stronger because I had such a bad experience. If you do a pedi, they also have a bar where you can have a drink while you relax! I can honestly say I would not feel comfortable going elsewhere.

$ 108 for gel nails and french pedicure. The service was okay– not the best I’ve had for that price but wasn’t the worst. They didn’t even use a brush for my french pedicure… the lines on my toes were… not clean or even. So make sure you ask them to clean it up with a brush– unless you like it freehanded… If that were the case I would’ve just done it myself. *sighs* The chairs weren’t massage chairs or if it was– they hid the remote for it really well and didn’t tell me.

Have only been here twice – so far– but will be only going here from now on! I’m thoroughly impressed with the well above average service, atmosphere, cleanliness and people! If you’re debating where to go, don’t flounder just go here!!!

The salon is clean and they do offer drinks, which is always a plus! The price menu laid everything out clearly, so there wasn’t a big surprise when it came time to pay. A short plug for the gel polish was all I got. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly, but not overly chatty. Top it off with current magazines — I’ll be back!

I stopped in on a reccomendation of my stylist. I asked for pink and whites, but the very nice girl explained gel would be better for my nails and should last a few months– well over the time I would need to return. But…4 days later– they look awful. The gel«polish» is cracking and chipping and they look dirty. Since I work administrative, I can’t really blame it on my work. Just shotty work on their behalf. I am only returning to request a refund and for them to get this crap off my nails.

I was in town with a friend and she had a FABULOUSDISASTER. Her nails were all kinds of nasty. We showed up at Cici’s around 4PM and were taken care of by some girl with huge teeth. I think her name was Han or Ham or something, but she was very sweet. My friend loved her nails, I don’t know much about beauty care but this beezie was excited. I’m from California, so I’m used to a plethora of tiny nail salons. Cici’s is huge. It’s like a Chuck E. Cheese’s with NAILS and stuff. I’m a dude, and I was intrigued! Anyways, nicely lit. Clean. Friendly. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Cici’s in California, for the ladies’ sake. Thanks, Ham! Happy wife, happy life.

I love a good pedicure. Not the express, let me barely rub your feet with something that seems like it might sort of clean them. The kind that involve a scrub of some kind, a great massage chair and a nice polish job. CiCi’s you delivered that and more! With each pedicure you get a free drink(assuming you are of legal age it can be a cocktail) a seat in a super comfy massage chair and your choice of pedicure treatments. The Spa pedicure was the one myself and all my friends chose, it had a salt scrub and a warm towel massage(yay!) It was spectacular my toes look fabulous! The spa was clean and there were plenty of chairs open. There was even a section of chairs and separate area for children! So cute!!! The only negative I could say about my experience was discovering a few scratches on my feet when I got home, a little painful but over all nothing terrible. I guess next time I’ll have to watch my nail artist when they get going on the exfoliation! Worth it for sure, especially for the $$! Also, watch out this is the only CiCi’s that is actually owned by the original owners, the others on Barry and Antioch are another owner(I’ve not heard great things about them…)
