Finished product looked ok, but the girl working on me burned me repeatedly, didn’t understand my requests, and kicked me back to the over crowded waiting area to dry. Charged too much for an acrylic fill. Won’t go back.

Alex does my nails, I get acrylics with gel color. He never burns me, always takes his time to get them right and I enjoy every visit.

I have been here many times. We even bring large groups for weddings, girls night out and etc. I have had them do a Disney design that turned out great. It’s best if you don’t have tons of time to make an appointment but be warned that you may still have to wait a little bit.

Called and asked if there was a wait, they said no. Showed up, waited 10 minutes for chair at another 10 on the chair.

I went in for tips and they weren’t done properly. I had to take Tylenol when I got home and couldn’t use my hands all evening due to the pain. When the tech was applying the powder, she got it on my skin and cemented my fingers to the underside of the nails. When I told her the powder was burning my skin, she didn’t wipe it off – just told me I’d get to wash my hands in a minute.
I’ll try other nail salons next time but I won’t be going back to XO.

They do a decent job on nails & the place is modern-​looking BUT don’t look too closely – the whole place needs a good paint job/​scrub down/​hose off/​dusting.
