I really like this tanning salon, I’ve been twice so far and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to go over all the packages and the different beds. Also it is extremely clean throughout! I definitely recommend coming here!

I had an appointment scheduled at 630 the night before leaving for vacation. I purchased a groupon for an airbrush tan. I arrived at 625 for my appt and the girl at the counter told me that my appt was not at 630 it was marked at 6. I asked why she hadn’t called to see if I was coming and she said that she tried but my number had been disconnected. I asked her to tell me the number she tried calling bc when I scheduled I gave the girl my phone number. She recited my entire phone number but changed the last number. I could see the phone number written down was my correct phone number, so maybe she just didn’t want to call? She told me I could wait around a few minutes to see if the next appt didn’t show otherwise she wouldn’t be able to help me. She could tell I was irritated so asked when I made my appt bc this situation had happened before. I explained to her that I wouldn’t make an appt for 6 because I worked 45 min away and didn’t leave until 530. She did offer to let me use the spray tan machine, but when I declined she said she didn’t blame me… Great. I’ve been airbrushed before. It takes about 10 – 15 minutes. This was their mistake, and obviously not the first time it’s happened. She should have worked me in to the schedule instead she just told me there wasn’t anyway she could help me. I’ve already filed a claim with groupon and wouldn’t suggest anyone else purchasing it.
