Got my first set of acrylics in about 3 years here last week. The gentleman that did my nails unfortunately left me disappointed. My nails were very thick with obvious ridges at the bottom where they did not quite meet my cuticle. Also, for some reason the little glass jar of liquid they use that is normally purple was brown, not sure if that’s normal or not but a couple other technicians noticed it and seemed to making fun of him for it or something. Not sure if that had anything to do with my nails turning yellow within 3 days either — and no I’m not a smoker. That being said, I think the shop is very nice(and big!), reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly so I would possibly go back if I knew I’d get a different technician who had more attention to detail.

Yesterday was my first experience at Maysy’s and it was very positive. I still like acrylic nails and have had them for years. My primary request is that they be as thin as possible ANDTHEYARETHIN&LOOKVERYNATURAL. Prices are reasonable but BRINGCASH to tip your technician.
