By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. And it’s McDonald’s. I don’t really have high standards for these kinda places. The staff is rude and they get my order wrong every time. I actually hate not having time to go somewhere else to eat but I’ll put up with shit serves I guess when I’m in a hurry.

OK ta tatai’m going to upgrade my review and I think it’s because quality has gotten better. Not only that I feel like the location is really convenient. What’s nice is they offer breakfast 24 hours a day and The drawback is they don’t always have ice cream…

This is probably my favorite McDonald’s out of all the ones in my area. I have at least three about equal distance. This one is always quick, friendly, and accurate. I have not been inside to report on the conditions of the restaurant, but the drive thru is always great. I feel like I have visited a lot of McDonalds over the last month(thank you McRib season) and this one stands out as a step above the others.

Before I begin my review, I just want to give you a background on this McDonald’s. It is on the corner where Hogan Preparatory Academy is located and for years students have met up at this McDonald’s after school wearing their uniforms and this McDonald’s has been given a lot of business by Hogan students. This past year they put a ban on Hogan students saying they were causing problems. So now Hogan students either just change their shirt before they go to McDonald’s or take their business to the Wendy’s across the street who I’m sure loves their business. I personally had never visited this McDonald’s location but decided to try the new chocolate chip frappé I keep seeing advertised on TV. I went to go through the drive thru when I realized that the drive through line was so long it was blocking cars from pulling out of the parking lot. There are technically two lanes for the drive thru but apparently the other lane was not working because an employee had parked their van there with a sign saying out of order. I waited in this line for about 10 – 15 minutes before placing my order. When I got to the speaker I told them I wanted a small chocolate chip frappé. I paid at the first window and when I finally got to the second window to get my frappé the employee handed it to me and I took it but thought it was strange you couldn’t see the chocolate chips. As I drove off and took a sip I realized this was not the chocolate chip frappé I waited a half hour for, this tasted like a chocolate shake in a frappé cup with some carmel syrup, whipped cream and a cherry. I don’t know if this was some other flavored frappé they had on the menu, but I regularly get chocolate shakes from McDonald’s and this was a chocolate shake but made sweeter by adding caramel. I tried to just go with it and drink it anyway but it was so sweet(since it was technically a shake, not a coffee drink) I ended up throwing it away. Think I’ll take the advice of the Hogan students and take my business to the Wendy’s across the street.
