Just don’t! We used this ntb after getting our tires from
. It was supposedly a preferred shop for tire installation. Not only did ntb not rotate the tires as requested they way overcharged us for the installation. Left messages for the manager who has yet to call back 2 weeks later. I will also be reporting this shop to tire rack so that they may remove from their preferred installer list. Very disappointed!!!

I have had the exact opposite experience than the other reviewer in the visits I have had to this NTB. They are always transparent on costs and needs, give me choices and do extras like clean the tree debris from under the hood (unpack outside in a tree lined neighborhood). I just had to replace a single tire and they didn’t try to oversell me 3 others. And they have wireless and a keurig, what more do I need for a Saturday AM appt?

Scammers. Went in there to get my tires balanced after my spare was put on, they wouldn’t touch my tire claiming I had much more issues like a rear axle leak and bad break pads… quoting me almost $ 700 to get my car drive-​able, also telling me my original tire was un-​repairable. Took my car to my trusty family mechanic, got it back for less than $ 150, original tire patched and put back on with spare tire back on the back of my jeep and all my levels topped and a lightbulb replaced. It may seem like the quick fix, BUT NOT WORTH IT, take the time to go to your local mechanic!!!
