Hey pizzahut corporate, close this store down! Worst retail experience easily. Bad service. Gave me a credit. Came back in a few months later and it was even worse. Went in to pick it up and order after order was lost, late, dropped on the floor, missing, etc. very weird experience. The woman behind the counter actually got upset with me! Don’t think this is solvable beyond closing the store, firing everyone, retraining, and reopening. This store has got to be loosing cash! Why doesn’t anyone at the corporate level do something about this?

Zero stars is more like it. Pizza delivery extremely late. I called and was told pizza was on it’s way. Nope. I drove up there and quickly found out why the service was was so bad. Whoever owns this store actually hired monkeys to run it. If you look back into the kitchen you will see monkeys climbing, running, jumping and throwing frozen pizzas everywhere. If you want service, bring bananas. I heard they like bananas.

Hate to say it but this place needs to be out of business. BELIEVE everything you see about bad service. Twice in two months we’ve ordered from this location. Deliveries have been long waits quoted: over and hour and the actual arrival at our door has been about 30 – 40 minutes past that. Believe what you read about bad service. When you call and you’re upset the staff won’t acknowledge that they’ve failed, they just scold you for being dissatisfied and want you to behave before they will continue with the call. I could understand this if they were really apologetic and want to fix or compensate me but they’re terrible and they don’t want to admit it or make up for it. Last nite: We live about 12 minutes from this location. 50 minutes after delivery was promised we called. They said the driver just left. The pizza should have been to us in 15 minutes or less. It took 35.

I’ve been eating pizza hut since I was a little girl. It use to be good then. I live close to the Waldo area so I always get my delivery from here. They usually come on time with the correct order. I like all the upgrades of flavors being able to add more veggies. What does keep me ordering is the BBQ wings I absolutely love them. No other flavor and they must be bone-in. I’m have mixed emotions even with growth and more options of flavor. The quality has gone down.

Love the wings Make sure you order at least an hour ahead. I ordered online and left my place late for carry out. I still waited 35 minutes. A clean sweep of all the employees is needed

I am not a huge pizza fan, but a free offer made me give my area Pizza Hut a try after living nearby over a year. What a mistake. I order my pizza at 11:30. I arrived about 11:45, my pizza was supposed to be ready. I was«greeted» at the window by the store manager Felicia. She was just a frazzled mess telling me she could not do the window because she had a big order and I needed to come in. I told her I had my dogs in the car, would not be coming in, the order was for a free pizza and just needs handed through the window. She continued her verge of a nervous breakdown by telling me they had a big order and it would be a minute before she could help me. About ten minutes later a guy opened the window and asked my name. He explained it would still be a bit to get my order because they have an 18 pie order. I suggested making the quick single pizza and then continue the the big order. Seemed to make perfect sense. Heck this line of thinking could have had my pizza ready on time! Or even ten minutes after I arrived if Felicia would have used her rant time to find out which order was mine and handle it. Sadly, this apparently would cause a giant rip to occur in space which would lead to all universes collapsing into nothing. Felicia came to the window about five minutes later after the guy tried to make me understand how an 18 pizza order was so difficult for a pizza place to fulfill and offered me bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, or a soda for my trouble. The thought of them having to cook something else made me believe I would be there all afternoon and I don’t drink soda. She said she wanted to make it «right» I told her to just get me my pizza. She said it was on its way and that she went back and personally made it herself. The guy before her told me my pizza would be ready in six minutes. Felicia just made it five minutes after that. The entire experience is just reaching comical at this point. I finally left the drive thru at 12:15. Thirty minutes after I arrived and 45 minutes after I placed my order. Pros– Free pizza Pizza actually was good I had time to write most of my review while waiting Cons– Absolutely everything else. I won’t be back. Bye Felicia

Ordered a pizza at 915 and two hours later I’m still waiting. I called an hour ago and a «gentleman» told me that it will be there any minute. So if you’re into getting lied to and waiting obscene amounts of time for one large pizza then look no further! I never did get that pizza either. They wanted me to come in for a refund as well. Avoid it like the plague.

Horrible service. Was told delivery would be 1 hour. 1 ½ later I called and was told it would be there soon. 2 hours later it showed up. I called corporate to speak with management and they literally told me they don’t care. Seriously. He said that. I told him I won’t be back. He said ok. Guess pizza hut doesn’t need the business

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Consistently late(and I am 4 blocks away). Tonight the order shows up more than 35 min late, was not only incomplete it was also incorrect. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, cheese breadsticks and Mountain Dew. We received a cold pizza and root beer(they are apparently out of mt dew). The driver said she was coming back with the breadsticks because they were in the oven. She came back and delivered ice cold breadsticks.

Pizza arrived over an hour late(for the record 2 hours and 15 minutes from time the order was placed). They gave the pizza for free after calling angry again. But after waiting that long, receiving cold pizzas, and being lied to on multiple calls I would assume it would be free. This location ruined all Pizza Huts for me. I will never order a Pizza Hut pizza again.

Hour late the driver calls lost. Guess maps aren’t apart of delivery drivers gear. If you call the joint you will be connected to a national service that doesn’t know much. Stick to local places next time. Given the amount of bad reviews this location gets the management is almost non existent

This Pizza Hut has made a mistake on every order I have placed, when I try to remedy the situation with the staff on site, they are rude and unwilling to help. I have made the mistake of ordering from them one two many times, learn from my mistakes and avoid this place.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a pizza 45 minutes ago never came I call them they said order is voided because no one answered the door and they called 3 times and the call center called twice ??? No one ever showed up we have a small house and have never not heard a delivery man the phone number that they had on the receipt was the correct phone number and I never received one call let alone 4? Worst customer service ever told me to call corporate if I had a problem and that I could not order another pizza tonight. Never going to Pizza Hut ever again. Would avoid this location at all costs!!!

While Pizza Hut Pizza is always pretty good with good deals, this particular location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and that is why they get 1 star. I will never get my pizza from here again. I ordered my pizza and then went to pick it up. I stood at the counter for like 10 mins just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. At least 3 «employees» passed by and said nothing to me. I finally had to yell«hello can someone help me» and then a so called manager came by and when I said how long I had been waiting he just said they were short handed. yeah right, you just have lazy employees. Then it turns out the poor guy sitting on the benches waiting for his order had his pizza sitting there on the counter the whole time getting cold. These people are incompetent and no one should ever bother ordering from here.

Love coming here when Pizza Hut has coupon specials! I try to time ordering my pizza during the weekday to avoid long lines. The pizzas are always hot and tasty and I consider myself as a satisfied customer!
