I cannot say they do my order perfect every time but when they do mess up they fix it for me. I know their delivery times can be high, but so can other pizza huts they’re only human and do get very very busy, it is pizza hut. A friend of mine works for pizza hut still, I used to as well(not this one mind you) we can both say from experience it’s not rainbows and butterflies to work at a restaurant. This pizza hut has always done what ever they could(in their power because corporate office doesn’t seem to fully understand how to provide good customer service) to fix my order. If any employees see this, thank you. Keep your heads up and do your best!

I will never order from this location again. What a bunch of ignorant people. I only wish I had known sooner, because they’ve gotten so much business from us. From family pizza night to buying pizza for my husbands employees at work. Never again. I’d rather drive the extra mileage to Dominos or Papa Johns. I’m so upset and this just happened tonight. That should say a lot that I stopped what I was doing to pull up Unilocal and leave a review. I called asking a simple question about the $ 7.99 carry out deal. The guy informed me he had no clue who I was talking about and said any order would take around 45 minutes to an hour. I got the impression he’d rather I didn’t order so he wouldn’t have to work. When I said the wait time was ok, he said he didn’t know about the deal I was talking about. I was placed on hold for several minutes. A girl came on the line immediately with an attitude. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the pizza I was interested in. I told her to just forget it and that I would be taking my business elsewhere and that they were rude. I ordered from somewhere else and had to pass this location to get there. It’s interesting that 3 employees(a girl and two guys) were standing outside talking, smoking, and holding their phones! If a manager happens to be reading this, it would be easy to confirm… Look at your surveillance. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Especially by snotty employees with no product knowledge and that could barely form an intelligent sentence.

Don’t call the phone number and ask what kind of deals they have. All the deals are online and any coupon/coupon codes must be entered online. They cannot be entered in store

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza and wings, received them 2 hours and 10 minutes later. To make it worse, EVERYTHING was cold. I had to reheat it to eat it. When I called to let them know, the woman put me on hold to go speak to a manager about it and never came back. I will not be ordering from them again. I wouldn’t give them a star at all.

Ordered online and went to the store to pick it up the woman gave my pizza away to the person in front of me. She was acting so strange when she was saying sorry. They told me it would be 12 more mins I asked for a refund, they told me to call the care center cause they couldn’t refund my money their at the store! What kind of manager doesn’t know how to refund an order. I will no longer order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Buyers beware, this place is an absolute JOKE. I like most other red blooded Americans like pizza from time to time, although Pizza Hut may not be my favorite it is my go to on a Saturday night with my family! However… this location is not a Pizza Hut. It is a Circus! This year on Halloween we went in and ordered a very simple, cheese pizza. Easy right? No. What did we get? A Meat Lovers. Okay… Mistakes happen. Too bad this happened 3 times that night! On Sunday, November 2nd we decided to give it another try seeing as its the nearest Pizza Hut to our home. HUGEMISTAKE. As we drove into the parking lot we saw the delivery«man» heading to his car, when he drops wings on the concrete and proceeds to scoop every one up and fix the paper they are in. you think he would take those back inside to replace the order? NOPE the lazy man got in his car out for delivery! We decided to go inside and try to express our concerns and all that was addressed was the fact that«Ma’am we’re busy, and we have made like 300 pizzas today I am sorry.» What? All in all, I do not recommend this location to anyone!

Lame. Ordered a delivery. Triple checked the order before sending it to the restaurant. I made a mistake and didn’t check the confirmation email. Needless to say, we ended up with 3 pizzas instead of 2 pizzas and wings. Mr. Crabby was the delivery man. No offer of cheese and peppers, and was hasty leaving. I almost didn’t get a chance to ask him, «Why don’t we have wings?» I was able to stop him, before his frowny face sped off. «You got what you ordered.» «We ordered wings.» «No you didn’t, bye mam.» Oh… wow. So I checked the email confirmation, and found out he was correct, in a rude way. Something must’ve occurred on the website ordering system. My son then, went to order wings for delivery. The total was $ 7. The minimum for delivery is $ 8. None of us felt like driving to get them. The pizza? Dull without hot pepper or cheese. A laughless, meh, type of experience.
