RadioShack

This is an awful store. It doesn’t meet the standards of Radio Shack at all. I went today looking for things for my computer.
As soon as you get in, you are welcome by a horrible smoking smell, I respect the right for people to smoke… but not inside a establishment like this. You can notice that it has to be one of the employees (and for a long time) because a customer will not make the whole store smell that strong (plus I don’t think a customer will just get in a store smoking).
Second to that, the personnel working there do not help you at all… not because they do not want to, it is because they do not know what they have in their store. I asked one of them like 3 things and I’ve got the same answer: «…I know we have it, but I am not sure we have it in this store…». Come on!!.
At the end I left because I couldn’t handle the smell and I had to look for anything I want by myself.
Bad, bad, bad… don’t go to this store.
I hope the management is reading this review and take care of their personnel.

As you can read, the manager of the store wrote a feedback about my review. I like that because it means he really cares about the customer’s opinions. In my hurry, it looks like I did not notice the smoke store next to it.
I still think the store needs to find a way to don’t smell so bad… it is really bad for the customers. And I understand that maybe the personnel is new so I’ll give them a chance next time I am in Kansas.
I promise I’ll write another update if the store changes.
