Thursday at 11:23 am. Wouldn’t expect to be busy however 2 people working and 3 people in store. We were not acknowledged when we walked in however the people after us were. Hummm. Listening to the male employee speak with another customer about the military and gaming and having nothing to do with buying or fixing a phone. Not acknowledged still. We are waiting patiently but not much longer. I am all for android, not apple. Here just for my mom and now this is another reason to stay with android. Ugh this store stinks. 15 minutes and no acknowledgement. Oh and now a customer just left and she checked her phone and went to the next customer who walked in. What the heck. I guess we are not worthy enough for their time.
