Bad service and really incredibly slow. It’s a shame because I love sonic and the food isn’t bad, it just takes a minimum of 25 minutes the past 3 times I’ve tried to eat here. Great location and good food, but not worth the wait

Always go to the Sonic in Parkville, MO. Never a problem and friendly employees.

I’m not usually one to comment, let alone on a fast food establishment, because let’s be real, you get what you pay for. HOWEVER, there has not been one single time that this Sonic has actually gotten our order right. It is mind blowing — both how they accomplish that and why we come back. The last visit was definitely the last.

Slowest fast food restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend returning to this location. It took me 20 minutes to get a cherry limeade.

This sonic always is messing up something. Staff is rude and incredible slow. Ordered chicken strips and gravy and they charged me extra for the gravy and I’m fine with that but then forgot to give us the gravy. Pulled up the car hop area and they tell us to use the the drive thru. Ok, the. They didn’t feel like beating up our gravy and witch out asking how they could fix it or if another sipping sauce would work they gave us back the 50 cent and closes the window. Wow !

Horrible service, they screwed up my order, it took for ever, when the girl brought our food she didn’t bring straws and they didn’t want to do anything to correct this horrible experience. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. And they want $ 15 and hour to do this.

Last week, after pulling into a stall and pressing the order button, someone got on and said that only the drive through was open. Fair enough. Then I wait in line, get to the box to order, and they tell me the credit card machine is down. Myself, the girl behind me, (and most of the country) don’t carry cash. So I sat through their slow moving drive through, with no food waiting for me at the window. At the window, I asked if the machines had just gone down, because surely the guy who said to use the drive through would have told me if the credit card machine was down, right? Wrong. Just stupid, awful, neglectful service. I went to Winsteads instead, and will continue to go there instead. The food is poorly done at this location to begin with, this incident just broke the camel’s back. Go to Winsteads, it’s local anyway.

This sonic sucks. They are so slow and always get my orders wrong. Literally every single time… how is that possible! They are obviously short staffed because it takes about an hour to get your food. So don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. I love sonic but I HATE the Westport sonic. I do not recommend.

Judging from previous reviews and my own experience, they need to find some new employees here.
It was about 8:30 PM on a weekend, and I was hanging out in Westport. Not really in the mood to go try and find a table somewhere. I decide I’ll just go to Sonic, pick up some eats and go chill somewhere quiet. When it comes to service, it usually ranges from fine to pretty good. There are definitely some nice people working here. But oh my gosh this girl.
So I pull up to the drive thru-​then change my mind and decide I want to look at the menu for a second so I pull forward so I can go park in a stall. As I’m doing so I hear a girl say ‘What are you doing?!’ Like um. Moving here, obviously. Then I see her and another employee talking about me and gesturing like I don’t see them. I pull out of the stall and yell out at them ‘That’s rude as ****!‘
Must be stupid, if you’re going to talk trash (over nothing!!) then wait until I can’t see or hear you. If I come here again, I’ll make sure it’s in the daytime.

Drive thru person acted like it was an ordeal to wait on you and Stood inside the drive thru window and made comments.

I wrote a review for this Sonic last year and only gave them a three star. I wasn’t really going to change my review because of one bad experience I had last week. I was thinking, well maybe they were having a bad day and we all have them. That said, I stopped here this morning for Moz sticks and sweet tea. The service was slow as all get out. I went thru the drive through and there was only one car ahead of me, there weren’t any cars in any of the stalls. I waited 15 minutes for my food and meal, which normally wouldn’t bother me, but the moz sticks were cold and hard. Then I went and took a sip of tea and stick my straw down into something that felt like thick slush. At first I thought they had used a cup they started to make a slushy in and put tea on top of it, but as I sipped I noticed it was PURE sugar. Upon investigation it was a ¼ cup of sugar in my large ice tea sitting in the bottom of my large drink order.
I won’t be back and advise you to just move on down the road unless you’re feeling adventuress!

Continuously slow service, often out of things I have attempted to order, and rude and impatient staff whenever ordering.
The second star is only because of location and they have served as a late night food and ice cream run destination on many occasions.

Great place for anything in the morning, not as fast I they should be but the food is alright. Its on the way so I stop by when I can.

I’d rather eat cat litter of rosie o’donnells left butt check. Just down right disgusting food, horribly prepared.

Always a great place to go when your craving ice cream late at night! Love all the selection with blasts and shakes. Muy delicioso.

TERRIBLE service. I hate being the grouchy person in the drive-​through who has to make a review on Unilocal… I never wanted to be this person… err

I don’t care for this location at all and I ended up leaving without ordering. Horrible service. Terrible manners. Inconvenient and difficult location. Never again.

my son was craving a grilled cheese sandwich and I knew by the time we made it home he would be passed out in the car, so we stopped here for a quick lunch. I ordered a kids meal for him and one for me with chicken strips.
the food was just what I was expecting — not amazing, but not bad by any means. the server was friendly and my son enjoyed his sandwich. if we’re in the area again and need to grab a quick bite, I’d head back here.

This place was so packed during happy hour. So many cars honking at each other and trying to get in.
We ordered 44 oz lime ades and drive away only to find out they tasted like pure soda water. We called the number on the receipt and they offered to re make our drinks.
Came back a few hours later and they honored that offer.
