My order here is usually wrong. However the service is not much but just a little faster than the one at 37th and State. I also have better luck finding a happy employee here.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Constantly bad service, frequently mess up orders, randomly closed in a Sunday at 12:00 pm. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the legends location. I will never be returning to this location.

I only go through the drive thru when I need a quick Coke or tea. Big mistake. They serve Pepsi products (I forgot) and while I will drink Dr. Pepper, I wasn’t in the mood for somthing sugary. I tried to order an unsweetened iced tea, the smart-​a## taking the order seemed to take pleasure in letting me know there would be no iced tea this evening. There are so many FF joints around that area, I’ll not have to risk stopping at this place again in the future.

Just stopped by for some wonderful dinner. The pleasant girl, Drucillia is the last person I would have at the front counter on a Friday on labor day weekend. She has no skills, No tag, can’t run the screen to take orders.
I waited 15 mins for my wonderfully cooked order by the workers in the back… two wonderful items…
The shift leader Brandon. doing a great job running g from the back to take the orders and then back to cook them… Keep up the good work… maybe you could run this store… The crew in the back working their rears off. Drucillia needs to work at Wal-​Mart as a greeter not at the nice front counter.

Customer service is always really good here, but i have received the wrong order a few times. Check it before you drive off. I can tell you from first-​hand experience how disappointing it is to expect a steak quesadilla only to find a bean burrito.
