What is it about Wendy’s in the Kansas City area? They’re all horribly run. After waiting for at least ten minutes behind only two cars to place my order, I wait another 15 minutes to get my food. Which they got wrong. All I asked for was no salt and no mayonnaise (they also gave me diet coke instead of regular coke). It would have taken less work to get it right than it did to make it wrong. The cashier didn’t even speak to me when giving me my order, well, outside of a begrudgingly half assed utterance of «thank you.» I get that fast food is the shittiest work there is, but it’s like they actively don’t try due to their hatred with themselves for working at Wendy’s.

I usually try to avoid this Wendy’s when I can, they are usually extremely slow especially at night. Its a little better during the day. I wish these kind of places wouldn’t hire kids, I hate for people to be playing around my food

I was in a hurry running errands during a work lunch break. I saw another one star review and, against my better judgment, stopped in… mainly because options are pretty limited over in this part of town. Figured I was rolling the dice, but was pleasantly surprised. Ordering was quick and efficient, people were friendly, and food came out quite good. Great crew!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Completely chaotic order taking process. Very rude customer service. The manager had to assist the drive through girl on her first day because she struggled to order. Which I understand it’s her first day. But the manager was extremely rude to us closing the window while we were trying to get our drinks, we had to knock on the window to ask for our straws. She was too busy trying to hurry up to stare at her cell phone. She was very short and very rude when we asked for necessary items for our order. While taking the order we had to repeat ourselves several times and double check our order at the window. They got the orders completely wrong. The food was old like and poorly made. I cannot believe this place is in business! I am extremely disappointed. I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but this was unbelievable!
