After a stressful day of car problems, arranging towing and finding very few rental cars available at the last minute, I found the Enterprise office at the Koolina. Minh handled the small office himself and gracious and polite in spite of last minute, stressed out customers like me. He called to let me know a car was available (when just about every other location was sold out), walked me through the rental process, carefully explained how the car worked and provided an overall professional and positive experience. Mahalo for doing such a great job Minh!

Thanks to Alaina for going out of her way to help us with multiple car rentals during our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Super friendly, responsive, and professional. NOTE: if you are staying in the Ko Olina area, this is the ONLY Enterprise location you should rent from… the other one (s) won’t pick you up inside Ko Olina!
