Geeks 2 Go

I consider myself a pretty smart cookie — I’m a quick learner, independent worker, and I like to do things for myself. The one think that kills me every single time is dealing with my computer, printer and internet. I’ve read books, watched YouTube videos, and have Googled everything I could to figure out how to make my computers connect to my printers and my internet. After several failed attempts at getting everything connected, I gave up and called Geeks 2 Go. I’m a business owner, and I needed my computers back online ASAP. Robert answered my call and within 24 hours, came to my house, did some computer magic, and connected everything that needed to be connected. He saw my questionable attempt to label all my wires, so I’d know what connected to what, and even relabeled everything he moved! I loved that he worked around my crazy system.
To be honest, I didn’t really even know what the problem was, or what to tell Robert when I called him. I basically said that something happened and now nothing is printing where it should be printing, I don’t have internet on one of my computers but have it on the other, and the scanner is scanning to nowhere! Super frustrating, but Robert somehow understood what I was explaining and got everything back in working order.
