Liberty and Missy Make a UYE: Spring Sprung

This UYE had me literally jumping for joy.
Seven of us met up for iTrampoline’s iRobics class, all of us new to iTrampoline save for one. The staff was super helpful as we filled out waivers on touch screen pads and got our wristbands. The class was $ 7 and if you didn’t have your own grippy socks, they sold those for $ 3 at the counter.
The instructor was very friendly and energetic. He always gave modified exercise suggestions just in case the activity was above our fitness levels, and made sure to encourage us to push through the burn! We played a never-​ending game of jump catch (sorry for dropping the ball so much, guys!), and finished out with some yoga postures and stretches.
We were all bounced out by the end of class, and agreed that we’d be back for a «round two» UYE.
