Steven Tottori DDS

We were visiting from the mainland when part of my child’s permanent retainer’s wire came loose. I found Dr. Tottori online and made an emergency appointment. They were able to schedule me in right away. The office was clean, pleasant and the staff was friendly. There was a beautiful fish tank too.
I met w/​Dr. Tottori in the back after he examined my child. He explained that he would bond the loose wire back to the tooth and that he would also take a picture for my orthodontist back on the mainland. My orthodontist had quoted me about $ 125 to fix the wire so I was nervous about what the fee would be. (You know most everything more expensive in Hawaii).
I timidly asked if I should check w/​the office staff what the charges would be. Imagine my surprise when he charged me practically nothing!!! We were so appreciative of his kindness. The aloha spirit is alive and well in Hawaii. We could continue our vacation w/​o stress of that loose wire. Much mahalo Dr. Tottori!

Dr. Steven Tottori rocks! I called him at 7am and got a return call promptly. My daughter had an orthodontic issue and he took us in before office hours. His staff was polite and efficient and were expecting us. Complete strangers from out of town staying at Aulani resort nearby, it was such a relief to be so welcomed! Dr. Tottori was patient and gracious and so great with my daughter, putting her at ease. I encourage anyone with orthodontic and or dental needs to see him!

Dr. Tottori is fantastic! He is not just a skilled orthodontist, but extremely patient-​centered. I highly recommend him if you’re thinking about braces or invisalign!
