very tasty bagels. love the assortment of cream cheeses and speciality spreads. my favorites are the bacon scallion cream cheese and the low fat chicken salad. open very early on the weekends for a small town bagel store. good stuff

This is my breakfast to go place when I pass by Bedford. Very busy bagel store, delicious bagels and breakfast creations. I had Nova with cream cheese, capers, onions and tomatoes on an everything bagel. The bagel was fresh and the nova is hand sliced, it was delicious. I highly recommend it for breakfast and quick lunch.

The best bagel in town at a good price there is no better spot around. If you need more proof just look at the line out the door(literally) every single weekend. The staff are wonderful people. They even know I like my bagel crispy. The bagels here are exactly how they should be WATER bagels. Meaning they’re boiled before they are baked. The texture is not the same. Plus they are freshly baked every opening and throughout the day.

I was there in the weekend and the place is so good! The service was great and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it for breakfast and lunch…

Best bagels in the area! Not sure why there are so many complaints here about staff/atmosphere. It’s a busy deli — meant to get you that delicious food and then out the door. Which they do. This place is definitely what you’re looking for when you want that classic bagel shop which are few and far between outside the city. Solid selection of flavors and spreads for bagels, plus all the sandwich stuff you want for lunch. Staff was quick and friendly when I was there. No preservatives in the bagels here, so eat ‘em in the first couple days if you get a big order. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re passing by!

I tried this place after a coworker ordered bagels for a staff meeting. They were delicious. A week later I bought a half dozen bagels and left them in the paper bag they came in. The next day they were hard as rock. I went back and let the staff know what had happened. One of the workers stated I should have put the bagels in a plastic bag. Another worker smirked and then stated I should have froze the bagels to keep them fresh. I traveled 50 miles to have fresh bagels go hard the next day and I didn’t even get an apology. That was the last time I support this business. Very unprofessional and unapologetic staff. Beware!!!

Every time I come here for bagels, I leave reminding myself why I shouldn’t come back… bagels are ok, but the staff are the rudest for miles. The place seems constantly messy and dirty… grease hangs in the are and the staff are sweaty. And is it me, or is this place getting more expensive?

Tasty bagels, nice selection of cream cheeses and salads. Confusing ordering system. If you’ve never been to this place you will get ignored(especially if they don’t recognise you as a «regular») unless you pass the register at the front of the store and go directly to the back of the deli counter where the bagels are to place your order. The bagels are good and chewy and have a nice crust. Pricewise about the same as other bagel shops in this area. Overall a pretty decent bagel. This place is more convenient in that it is closer to where the fam lives so when I don’t feel like driving Mt. Kisko for a bagel this place will suffice.

I came here with a friend because I heard great things. The staff was so incredibly rude though, for no apparent reason. We both ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee-nothing crazy or complex. safe to say I’m not coming back.

Polite service, good bagels/breakfast sandwiches, will definitely be a returning customer when I visit Katonah again.

Been here multiple times and the food preparation lacks major consistency. It can be very busy on holidays and weekends as it’s the only spot in town which can cause confusion with the patrons and ordering food.

If you love bagels get ready to feed your addiction. Seriously it isn’t the closest place to where I live but I’m always willing to drive for a GOOD bagel. No complaints just go and try it for yourself!

I’ve been to this place so many times and I have never been disappointed. They have the best New York style water bagles and their coffee is excellent. In addition to that, the people who work there are very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone who’s near Katonah.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this bagel shop. I like the atmosphere and the staff. They usually get my order 100% right, which seems to be a challenge for many bagel places. It’s expensive here, but this is not out of the ordinary for Katonah.

TL;DR Very cheap deli food but the staff here is so rude! I came to Goldberg’s this morning at the request of my brother who loves their bagels(even though he didn’t order one this morning.) My order was a bit complicated since I had to order 4 sandwiches with specific instructions, but when I tried to do so, the staff got angry and frustrated with me and yelled at me to repeat my order. It wasn’t a terribly complicated order, but kindness would have been nice. The food here is about what you’d expect for such low prices. Normal deli food. Staff is a huge turn-off so I avoid coming here though.

Delicious flagels. Love getting an egg and cheese here or the power wrap on a flagel instead of a wrap. Really fantastic breakfast food.

Bagels are good but everything else, waaaaay over priced. Ordered a jailhouse grilled cheese and was charged over $ 6.00, really? For 2 pieces of toast and a slice of cheese? Sandwiches are amateur. Staff can be rude as well. Stay away.

REALLY good bagels, decent selection of flavored cream cheese… Know the staff, gruff /brisk AND nice from the now defunct WOODEN Nickel… Sigh Katonah area needs a good deli. But $ 19.50f for a small container of sesame noodles, an $ 8!!! Tuna and cheddar sandwich, and large iced tea? No thank you… I’ll stick to bagels for breakfast and bring lunch. Never say never… But never anytime soon.
