I called around looking for a battery for my Galaxy 2, this place had it and had plenty in stock! Sean and his crew were polite, friendly and made sure the battery was the right fit for me! When I discovered it wasn’t the battery that was the issue, but the phone, they had no issues with giving me a refund just 24 hours later.
And thank you very much for letting me use your phone and your air conditioning.
I give this place 5 stars for customer service, knowledge and inventory!

You name it they have a battery for it. Polite guys who spoke clear English sold me a battery for my high end 2 year old Sony laptop but alas the power supply must have fried the motherboard according to the Sony website, no battery could perform a miracle, thank you Sony. Battery price $ 97, if it had worked would have been many hallelujahs from me.
In 48 hours I returned the battery with receipt, no questions asked, outstanding customer service, no tricks, magic, just grand customer service, finally.
In a strip center, with adequate parking, had been referred to this place by Radio Shack, they in turn referred me to Bits & Bytes to have a data transfer done.
Forget Geek Squad.
