Berripop

Berripop has both excellent service and sweets. The workers are very welcoming and quick to serve. I had a caramel crêpe with strawberries and boy oh boy was it yummy. I highly recommend this place for everyone. P. s., it is very family and kid friendly.

My brother and I had a sibling date here and he chose to get the strawberry yogurt with strawberry, mango jelly, and mochi. It was pretty good and flavorful. I love that the yogurt was creamy and light. The toppings were very fresh and good. You could tell that the strawberries were new because they had the perfect color and looked clean, the mango jelly was soft and flavorful, and the mochi was soft and perfect too.
The only downside to this place is the service. The lady behind the counter looked annoyed as if we were bothering her alone time or something. We were the only ones in the store! She neither smiled or looked like she wanted to be there. The whole time she had this really weird face on and it made my brother and I uncomfortable.
We might be back another time, but I do hope they fix their employee situation before we do.

Terrible service, can’t even get the people who work here to pay attention to you. Extremely slow, unorganized. Couldn’t even be bothered to hand my mother a glass of water. Completely ridiculous.

By far worst customer service on planet. Was in here and waited almost 20 minutes for the girl to even acknowledge me (I’m the only one in here and I’m holding my kid in my arms), she casually and very slowly walked back and forth making crepes for another girl… When it was finally my turn she didn’t say a word and just rang us up… Talk about hating your job! Anyway, because she smiled at the very end I left it at two stars.

I had the shaved ice and was expecting just regular old school shaved ice. This is not. It’s really good. Berrylicious is quite good

Amazing place! The yogurt here is made from scratch and the toppings are always fresh.
I like that the toppings are added for you as opposed to self serve.

The prices were expensive compared to most frozen yogurt places, and the servings were extremely small. While we were in there the employees gave away not one or two or even three but four free yogurts to their friends. As a paying customer I was taken aback and wondered why my yogurt wasn’t free. Just an observation.

Gone here a handful of times, by far the best froyo place I’ve been to in the area. Yes pricey, but you get what you pay for… Cute & clean little shop. The Nutella crepes are fresh & delish!

Not happy with the choices they had here. Hoping for yogurt and got ice cream instead.

Recently got me a raspberry mango parfait and immediately became hooked. The yogurt doesn’t taste like most yogurt places… It has more of a tart and fresh taste to it compared to most yogurt places I’ve been to. The customer service I received here was great!!! Definitely will come back

This was my first visit.
I had the hawaiian shaved ice with fruit and yogurt. The shaved ice with condensed milk on top was very good and the fruit was very fresh and tasty. The issue was that the yogurt wasn’t smooth or creamy. It was very icey, almost like sorbet, but with more ice crystal. The flavor of the yogurt was good. The price was more than other local FroYo 2.0 places and, they do not let you add your own toppings.

I’ve always enjoyed Berripop in other locations… it’s really a 3.5 star for me. I enjoy their yogurt but dislike the fact that it’s more expensive and you can’t make your own blend of goodness! I believe it was the owner that was there when we came. He was very nice and even assured me that the mocha balls were nice and soft! (Some places leave it out and it’s hard as a rock). Their toppings were a little limited but I got most of what I wanted anyways. They had interesting flavors like Dill Pickle… interesting, indeed. My husband wanted to try their iced coffee with coffee jelly. Suprisingly, it was pretty good!!! Kinda like Vietnamese coffee… strong and delicious. I would definitely get that again.

One of the worst yogurt places I’ve been to. This is not self serve, but the employees are friendly. The yogurt isn’t good, and it’s the most expensive yogurt place I’ve been to.

This is my daughters favorite place! We went in today to find out the Internet was down and they were unable to run a debit card. They were so sweet and gave use all yogurt anyway. I thought this was such a nice gesture!!!

Not the best but when you’re already walking in the area it is a decent stop. The prices are higher than a lot of the other fro-​yo places and they also aren’t self serve so you won’t get a choice of how many toppings you get and you also wont’ be able to mix flavors as you see fit.

Berripop is good but pricey. The only advantage they have is their fresh fruit toppings which are 85 cents each. If they didn’t have the fruit toppings I would say it’s not even worth it.

I’ve had MUCH better, I’m not used to any froyo place that isn’t self serve, and 85 cents per topping is a bit much. But it’s Stinkco and Berripop. I won’t be going back.

of all the frozen yogurt places, berripop is my favorite. i love their fresh fruit toppings and i think the overall taste of the yogurt is better than red mango and some of the other places. the colorful atmosphere and sofa-​like seating makes for watching their flatscreen fun and comfy. i can’t wait to go back! in fact, let’s go RIGHT now! i could go for a cold, sweet treat!
