Since I have been back, 6/07, I go to Billy’s on average twice a month sometimes three times a month. The place is located in the strip mall on the northwest corner of the intersection of Westgreen and Park Row, next to the dry cleaners. Everything is made fresh daily. They have a dairy case that is clean and well stocked with sodas to milk and assorted juices. Depending on when one arrives there can be a line, but does move quickly. It looks that just the two of them work there and at times it would be nice not to wait. Service is always with a smile and if one would look through the doorway into the back you would see a very clean kitchen. The Kolaches is what the guys like and this places uses a dough that is very soft and fresh. We like the sausage and jalapeño ones the best. And if you spend more then $ 10 they throw in a bag of doughnut holes for free. The guys at work never get to see them because they are gone by then.
