Bolli Bros Pizza

A friend recommended the pizza. I ordered the large thin and crispy crust veggie pizza and a small cheese. Son loved the cheese and I ate half a large pizza which I never do. Delicious.

The pizza here is amazing. We get the supreme pizza and it has been consistently great. Also try the pepperoni rolls. They are equally great. Each time we have been there the owner has taken our order personally. Always friendly. Always good food. Go here

Stopped by this place on account of all the great Unilocal reviews. The first thing we noticed was the smell of bleach in the air. I guess it’s good that they disinfect the place. Second, the very obvious U.S. Flags prominently displayed. Being a vet myself I love to see the flag displayed proudly. However, something felt out of place by the way the flags are displayed here. Nothing to dwell on, I’d rather see the U.S. Flag or the Texas Flag than any other flag. Third, the chubby bearded guy appeared to be bothered that we came in when we did. It was around 1500 hours (3 PM). There are play areas for kids including a retro Nintendo system for kids to play with. There was no ice at the soda fountain. Ice was brought out eventually. The garlic bread with cheese was unimpressive. Our pizzas were mediocre at best. There was nothing about the food or the environment that suggested that this place stands out. I can only assume that some if not all of the Unilocal reviews have been written by people somehow associated with the owners. The bottom line is that there is nothing special about this place. It’s just another pizza joint among thousands. Will not visit again.

We had a great Meat Master pizzs for lunch. Was cooked well. It was delicious! They do have WiFi.

This is the most amazing pizza I have ever had. First time tonight and I had the hot wing pizza which I think originated here and it was amazing!!! This is a must stop in Katy and they deliver all over Cinco Ranch! It is BYOB as well so they are cool with you coming and hanging out. The kids have a chalk room for the kids to write with chalk on the walls! They even have computer stations with games for the older kids! Great family fun!!!

Went here with the family for pizza. Owner wasn’t very attentive and make me feel like we were burdening him. The play set in the front it great, but sadly, the pizza is nothing special. We asked them to make it extra crispy, and they didn’t. The flavor was okay but it tasted like Cici’s pizza. Doubt we will be back.

I got the cheeseburger pizza, which didn’t resemble at all a cheeseburger, it was just jalapenos, onions, and italiain sausage. And it was just okay. But about halfway through my second slice, I found a dead fly in my cheese. I’ll never buy from here again, also delivery took twice as long as they said it would take. 0 stars if I could.

Great pizza! Really good crust! BYOB. And they have two play areas for kids. One play area has a train table and the other is a room with chalkboard walls. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely go back! Our favorite pizza in Katy!

This is for my daughter who has CELIAC disease… She LOVED the gluten free crust pizza! They make their own crust in house, so you need to call ahead and make sure they have some already made or give them a heads up early and they can make one for you. They have the right precautions in place to prevent cross contamination, so that makes me happy. It’s her favorite pizza now! Thanks and keep it up!

Excellent pizza! The bolli bros are some of the nicest guys you’ll come by. The pizza is made to order and gourmet tasting. They have a great lunch special that runs until 3pm!

Want to have a genuinely tasty pizza? Bolli Bros is the place. Glad that we tried pizza here. They are freshest and tastiest pizza in the neighborhood.
Fresh made and quick service makes them the champions. We tried the fajita chicken pizza the other day. The yummiest pizza I had in recent times. I highly recommend.

I’m sure the pizza here is wonderful but the customer service is HORRIBLE.
We brought our soccer team of 10 little girls in after their last game intending on feeding them all, keeping them warm and letting them have a small impromptu party to celebrate.
The person at the counter turned us away. He said that if we all ordered their small pizza combo that they would run out. He told us that we ran another table away which just plain did not happen. It seems to me as though this gentleman did not want to work or was being lazy and would rather turn away a big group of paying customers rather than make a little money.
He was rude, called one gentleman in our group a few choice names and so we left. Our girls didn’t get their party and we ended up at Niners which is an amazing hamburger place.

Love their pizza! WAY BETTER than the chain ones, you can taste the difference. I personally hate dominos and Pizza Hut. But bolli bros, is very good! My mom and I get pizza here every Tuesday, which is buy one, get one free :)

I read the reviews and was excited to try a new pizza place close to my house but once we actually ate the pizza it was just okay. Maybe it was just dinner hour so the pizza was rushed but it wasn’t spectacular like I thought it would be based on reviews. We got the supreme and bolisagna. The supreme was nothing special though i still enjoyed the bolisagna pizza (very tasty). I didn’t see anything different in the crust, it was neither crispy nor chewy. I would definitely go back again a few times to try more of the items next time since there are a lot of interesting options on the menu. I think their prices and specials are great and the staff was wonderful. I’m giving it 4 stars for that and hoping the next time will be better.

Excellent pizza for a great price!!! Crust is delicious Great for families. Laid back, fun atmosphere with Thomas the train table, retro NES, N64 game systems and large screen tv. Super friendly staff:)

I really like these guys. First off, the pizza is really good. Secondly, they always deliver promptly and I don’t even have to say who I am– they must remember me by my caller id or by my order, but I don’t even order that often. Additionally, there is no delivery fee for addresses that are close to the restaurant, which I appreciate.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and laid-​back, with plenty of room to spread out (unlike the tiny tables at Dominos).

Best pizza I have had in our area… the crust was tasty to the last bite. Great pizza… thank you for the great service.
My kids love the cheese and pepperoni pizza also. We will be coming back for a while.

Parents listen up! This is THE pizza place. This is «grown up» pizza in a place you can bring your littles. And it’s BYOB, yes, that’s right, BYOB! Kids have a chalkboard room to keep them out from under your feet so you can eat in peace, a table set up with 3 small flat screens & video games. XBox, Play Stations, Nintendo 64s. Husband loves the games as much as my boys!
Back to the pizza– seriously incredible pizza. Personal favs are the Aphrodite & White pizza. The cheese & other basics are simple enough & kids love them. They have Mac & Cheese, Wings, Subs & incredible, fresh salads. The prices are good, not cheap, but good. This isn’t the place for people trying to live off of Groupon or college kids ordering midnight pizzas.
What you need to know before you visit: Casual, the place is super casual. Drop all your expectations bc this place is run & decorated by two brothers. Décor would loosely be called, sports, ie. soccer. The art on the walls are pictures the kids draw. This is a relaxed, clean environment. Not an intimate place for a quiet dinner & conversation. It is far from stuffy. Sometimes kids are running around laughing (no need to worry about dirty stares from other parents). Moms, it’s okay to come in sweats & hair tied up. There really isn’t anything for the monkeys to break or worry about. They even let kids wash dishes (when not too busy) which strangely enough my kids love this (doesn’t seem quite as exciting at home).
Soda & Tea machines are out on the floor, so you serve yourself. Very FAMILY friendly w/​fresh, quality ingredients. When I’ve had a long day with the kids & it’s time for dinner, the kids scream for pizza & I happily grab a nice bottle of wine & head right over!

Groupon has once again forced me to another restaurant in my neck of the woods. One thing I must mention is that if you are looking for this building to have the name of the business fully on it, then stop looking for that! Truly, it is a corner business that simply has «PIZZA» on the top. I have to admit that the staff is friendly and the service is very efficient. I ordered an extra larege meat lovers pizza, hot wings, 4 drinks, cinnamon sticks & turtle cheesecake for the grand total of $ 40.06! My Groupon was pay $ 20 for $ 40 worth of food, so I definitely got bang for my buck on this one.
All in all, the pizza is just okay. Crust has a nice bit of flake to it. The cheese was enough, but not an abundance. The meats were quality. The sauce did not wow me at all. I was expecting a signature taste for them, but that did not happen. The Parmesan cheese had Italian seasoning mixed in it, which was kind of a unique tasting experience. I actually really liked the hot wings. The cinnamon sticks were decent, but surprisingly, the turtle cheesecake left a lot to be desired. It taste too manufactured. No love was used in the making of that cheesecake!
There are many televisions surrounding the place. There is a play area for the kids where there is a chalk board wall to wall, except the windows looking out towards the streets. Children really seemed to enjoy that area.
All in all, a decent dining experience. I will not be running back there any time soon, but with the right Groupon, I will go back sooner than later. I would like to try some of the sandwiches I saw going to other tables.
