Pizza Hut

This is not a joke, I used to eat here twice weekly and since they added the phone service to India to take orders the guy sent me to a Pizza Hut in California the girl seemed confused and so was I, so again I was transferred and literally when the guy answered the phone he puked and apologized profusely well I don’t want to order from someone puking, so I demanded to speak to the store manager not the call service department they finally transferred me. Then I get this girl that is so stoned she has no clue what I’m saying or what she is even doing. I demand to speak to the manager and finally she answered the phone, I asked her what is going on and why is the girl stoned out of her gourd, she explained that she is new and I told her I didn’t care she needs to be fired immediately, she agreed with me but said they were low on staff that she is stuck with her.
The manager has begged corporate for workers and she is not getting the help she needs. This Pizza Hut used to be amazing and now it’s a dump with druggies making your pizza. When I crave and do a pick up one driver was wobbling to his car to deliver. Just wait till they cause an accident and your sued by innocent people. Someone needs to oversee this Pizza Hut immediately before you end up like chipotle. The pizza pans are reused without the oil so the pan pizzas crust are disgustingly dry and small. Too bad because I would eat their three times a week order three pizzas each time and now you lost that. If you improve I will come back but it’s only gotten worse.

Pizza Hut is always having good deals like $ 6 medium pizza (3 toppings). So that’s usually our dinner when we don’t feel like cooking. I love that pan pizza, but it can get a little greasy. Other than that, online ordering is always easy, and the pizza is always ready for pick up at the time requested. Cheap dinner option for a little family sometimes!

Horrible experience with delivery on several occasions. The food was disgusting and cold as ice. The ingredient’s were not fresh and the dough was not fully cooked. The Customer Service at this establishment is completely void and every encounter that I had was very unpleasant. I will never order from this location again I would rather drive out of my way to get the pizza that I normally Love.

I ordered a pizza at 8:15 and called at 9:30 to see how much longer it would be before it arrives. I spoke with a very unhelpful person named Sean who started talking in circles saying whomever was supposed to deliver it didn’t (that’s fairly obvious at this point), and basically started pointing fingers. I explained to him that I don’t particularly care what happened, but only want to know when my pizza will arrive and was then disconnected. I called back and spoke to someone named Andre who was slightly more helpful. He said started talking in circles as well but then told me my pizza would have to be re-​made and should arrive in ~45 minutes. Apparently the manager on duty, Dante, doesn’t run a very tight ship. You’d think employees wouldn’t tell customers of internal shortcomings and would be able to answer what should be a fairly simple question — «When will my pizza arrive?». It’s not like Pizza Hut has a large variety of services. Over 2 hours to get a pizza is ridiculous; guess I’ll have to go back to Pappa Johns…

So we love Pizza Hut defiantly our lazy day go to place for dinner! We tried the new cheesy bits pizza it’s was a little salty but tasty!
However, the dang cheesy bits kept falling off they were not secured to the pizza nor did it look as neat as the commercials but not truly a deal breaker being that the whole slice would be eaten anyway!
I did notice I was full after one slice the cheesy bits on the thin crust is truly a filler and the place of bread sticks! The whole family enjoyed the pizza and it will be added to our Pizza Hut favs!

First I’ll say that Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza delivery chain. I love their breadsticks and their pepperoni pizzas and I have for years. After living out of the country for a year, I wanted to come back to some good pizza.
However, this place was definitely below average. The breadsticks were hard and lacked the usual amount of seasonings on top. The pizza tasted off, a little salty, and overall not very good. Sure, it’s better than your «average pizza» but in my opinion, there are way too many Pizza Hut’s out there so feel free to try another one.
