I have had a mailbox at this location for many years, and staff has always been extremely helpful. This is an owner run small local business, and you can tell with the excellent customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to help me ship economically and get it there when I need it.

This store is conveniently located and the staff are warm and friendly. I have been here several times and have never had any problems whatsoever. They do a great job boxing up packages and work quickly in order to get you on your way, so the line moves fast!

I need to drop off packages at UPS at least once a week. I’ve been to 5 different UPS stores and this is the best one.
Almost all of their employees are friendly, professional and efficient.
They are also surprisingly the only one I’ve been to that has an automatic door with a handicap button which I use because I always have so many packages it’s not easy to open the door myself.
They also accept USPS package drop-​offs.

It’s not like the UPS store is a fine restaurant where you expect an experienced sommelier to guide you through the intricacies of ‘earthy’ vs. ‘full’ in your Pinot Noir selection. Nonetheless, when Comcast makes it difficult to return an old cable box, it does take someone who both understands those complexities and can make the experience the opposite of a hassle. So thanks UPS dude for being cool and helpful.

So much better than the post office. Always quick, friendly service, and they don’t scowl at you if you need tape or something. They even sometimes have boxes of free lemons that one of the cashiers (or the owner, maybe?) said he brings then in to share from a tree in his yard. I will drive out of my way to come here because I’d rather deal with friendly people than not, as at the post office or in one of the other postal stores in the area.
