I have been visiting this store for many years and love the staff and the outstanding job they do. I own/​operate businesses locally and the staff makes our work easier by getting our packages out and to our customers on time.

My boyfriend had some issues regarding the shipping of his iPhone6 to Apple for repairs at a DIFFERENT UPS store. So, we weren’t looking forward to the rest of the process. However, the staff at this location made it EASY PEASY! I called ahead of time, and the girl on the phone knew just what I was talking about. She assured me that they had everything we needed. (Apparently, it needs to be packed and/​or shipped a certain way???) The staff at this location was very welcoming, friendly, and personable. The girl at the counter took care of everything and had us on out way in about 10 minutes. My boyfriend now has his reapired iPhone6, and everyone is happy. The End.

I stopped in to mail a package that I wanted to get there quicker than regular mail. The person that waited in me was pretty helpful. She was able to suggest different options depending on how quickly I wanted my package to arrive. She also helped with packing it up.
After paying for 2nd day air, I later found out that they were able to deliver it a day early for no extra charge! Winning!

I only come here to use USAA deposit, it’s rarely an issue. I wish there was a closer store than this one though. Customer service is always okay.

Just your regular UPS store. Nothing more than that! Only utilized when the post office is not an option.

What is there to say about a UPS store? My mind typically draws a blank, but I was struck by the fun, friendly attitude of the workers. Even though that is likely to change in any given time, I do enjoy UPS as a company and ship with them often. Hooray for delivery services!
