The service was so slow. It took more than hour to get out wings. The waitress was nice but very slow in coming back. I have never had service this slow. The restaurant was empty and there was a group of 6 of us and we all ordered small order of wings and it took an hour and a half and we still haven’t gotten the wings. We had to get them to go because our lunch break was over and we had to get back to work. I expected prompt service and was met with incompetence and glacial pace service.

Not happy with this particular location. If you get a server named Chris, be aware!
Yes, I said Be Aware… I was here on a double date and Chris made very rude and sexual comments towards one of the girls I was out to dinner with. Now, mind you, we are on a double date with our boyfriends, so this was automatically out of line.
I called to speak with the manager on duty and his name is Darrell. Well, Darrell seemed a little as he cared but he knew what Chris was doing because he was in the same area as we were in the bar and said April the GM will be in on Friday, I can speak with her then.
So heads up ladies!
Food was decent, other employees were annoyed with the crowd they had (wasn’t busy at all)
We normally go to the Willowbrook location mainly, and I have to say, we will not come back to Katy Location!

They were better on Tuesday night, they had a wing special, the actual wing not the bread nuggets. It was a much better deal.
Still I believe they charge for carrots/​celery/​ranch. But now I know what to expect.
I had like 14 wings (I was used to the tiny boneless ones), they were pretty filling and the sauces were great.
It wasn’t way too loud this time, which was awesome, because I could hear my conversation with the person next to me.

Stopped at this location for dinner. The restaurant was half empty. Plenty of wait staff. Waited 7 minutes and no one came to take our drink order. Several servers walked by the table and looked at us with no acknowledgement whatsoever so we left. After reading reviews I’m glad we did!

wings is good and all but NEVER go to this location. NEVER. I been here over 5 times and each time, their service was completely horrible. I can come in and take my own order and learn how to serve myself quicker than all the slow servers here. Today in particular, I got seated in a server’s station. She was too busy to come take our orders at all. However, there are 2 servers standing by a terminal playing with someone’s kid, 2 servers standing right next to my table just talking, and 2 more servers just takin their time cleaning and moving tables around. there is only about 8+ empty table and plenty of free servers. I asked for a different section or different server. A nice guy came to take our order and I asked if he was gonna be taking care of us. he said no, the girl server will be but she’s really busy. So my friend and I got up to order Togo, and I told him, I didn’t wanna eat here and tip her for not being around. HORRIBLE SERVICE. just to go your food!

I normally spend a lot of time detailing a terrible experience in the case I have one at a restaurant. But in this particular case it would take too much time and effort. So I’ll sum up my usual lengthy diatribe by stating only this. Buffalo Wild Wings hires degenerates who don’t care about the customer experience. In short. This restaurant’s ambiance, service and management suck.

One of the best b dub locations I’ve ever been too! I always eat at the bar and the bar staff is top notch. Fast service and they always come and check on you and genuinely enjoy talking to customers. My wings always come out right and the basket of fries are sooo good. Hot bbq all day, son!

The boneless wings and wedges are my favorite things on the menu. The service was so slow the last two times I went here! I don’t know if the girl was new a few weeks ago, but she just had no pep in her step. Especially when it comes time to pay. Anyways this is a chain so the food is the same at all of the locations I’ve been to in Texas and NC. Just okay. I only go when friends want to.

This is late review post. I come here usually on Thursdays from work. They have the boneless wings special. The service here is very open and inviting. The wings are good nothing special just wings but mainly I gave a five star because of warmth service they have here.

Best place we’ve found so far to hold our fantasy football draft. service was good. I called ahead of time and made the reservation. they have WiFi, draft kit with stickers, poster, bottle openers, and champion banner. draft kit also had coupons but only downside is we couldn’t use them right away — you have to wait for football season to start. they had the tables ready early and took good care of us even though we were a large group of about 15. next time I would prefer to sit in chairs than the barstools though. everyone had a great time. thanks so much.

Very disappointed! April the manager is a rude grump!
Basically she stopped having staff serve us beer at 12:15 when they close at 1:00. We only had 2.5 beers each at this point. She said it was policy. This was never enforced before. We frequent this place at least twice a week and this has never happened before when her or when other managers are working. Im only giving 1 star because ALL other staff is excellent with service and friendliness.

I came here for UFC fight on our way in from out of town. I know you’re not supposed to come here for the food but at least the drinks should be good. This particular location is quite large and they have indoor and outdoor seating. The wings are very typical and I dont enjoy them much so I cant really say if they are good or not. What I will say is that I did eat them and I did not hate them. What I did hate was the swirl margarita that I ordered. It was basically the worst frozen concoction I have ever tasted. An icee blend would have been far more better than what was served to me. In addition, I could not even taste the tequila in it. Definitely stick to the beers.

Tried to order at 10:50pm for happy hour beer (ends at 11 pm), server told me their system won’t take it since it is 10 minutes before it ends… non sense.
I was ready to order and my server was busy talking to her CO-​Worker and didn’t come to take my order for almost 10 minutes.
I finally stopped one other server to call «my» server, he said okay and just went to the table next to me and started to wipe down the table.
He COMPLETELY IGNORED ME and I asked if he understood what I was saying and he rolled his eyes and finally called my server.
Food didn’t come out for another 40 minutes. and it was not busy at all.
Worst BW3. Stay away. Drive little more to I10 and Bunker hill to get better service and better food.

I always come for my lunch and it means soooo much to me when I’m attended quickly since every min. Counts. Thank God John was a fast help this was our fist time sitting in the diner section instead of the bar area. I really enjoyed myself and the food was great I loved that flatbread so tasty and came out nice and hot. Over all a five star experience today THANKS JOHN

Still the worst BW3.
Arrived at 11:55, half of us got the food at 12:45, other 3 got their food another 20 minutes later. And The last person got his another 10 minutes after.
All this while the restaurant was not even ¼ full.
Talking to the Manager did nothing…

A little slow to get service at the get-​go, but totally made up for it when we got our waiter! Mike L. was great!
Started with salt & vinegar buffalo chips, had some Asian zing wings and my son ate a mild boneless wings kids meal!
Tea was fresh, food was good, service was good! Patio was nice and cool in August! Fans were blowing while we watched the Homerun derby! Enjoy!
