The carpet in my car was slightly damaged by the flooding that happened in Katy last month, and I wanted them just to dry out my carpet. Included in this service they offered to clean my seats and dash board. They used this sticky smelly goo to clean the dashboard and they missed many spots, leaving it sticky and my car smelling gross for a few days until I went and got it cleaned again. Next thing I know they are drilling holes in the bottom of my car, without asking me or checking underneath the car to see if they would hit anything important. That same day the check engine light came on and the gas tank light came on. Turns out they punctured the fume pipe, now I am looking at $ 1000 in damages, and they wont even own up to their mistake. They denied it straight to my face. I beg you not to contact this amateur business for any reason. I regret it every day.
