Worst dry cleaners ever. False advertising. Nothing is 1.99 like their sign says. so expensive. Do not go!!!

I wanted to like this cleaner because 1) they’re inexpensive and 2) they’re right next to Enterprise (and I rent every week). Strike One — Extra for starch. Really? Really?!? Strike Two — Closed for lunch. Strike Three — Closing early when they see fit. Too many cleaners in and around Katy to not prioritize the customer. On to the next one.

Do not use this place!!! I dropped my pants off to be hemmed they said it would take a week. I came back in 9 days to find out they have not even sent them to the other place that does the work. I paid the day I dropped them off so I then asked for the money back and I would go elsewhere. They talked me in to giving them another few days. A few to me means 3 – 5 not 10 more days on top of the other 9 I already gave them. I then called angrily after stopping by many times to get my very expensive dress slacks and finally the lady said they were there. When I went to pick them up the lady looked for a few seconds and said they weren’t there. I got angry! After I told them I called and that they told me my pants are there they then searched again and found them. I will never use them again. I cannot believe they were going to turn me away again when my pants were there and they did not feel like looking.

This is the worst cleaners I have ever used in my entire life
On Monday at 445 i went to pick up my clothes they were ready, so I had to come back. I came back to pick them up and there was a sign on the door that said they had to close early due to a family emergency
I was unable to pick up my clothes for work and that was very inconvenient for me.
When I was in the store the first time trying to pick up my clothes the younger Hispanic lady was talking to somebody on the phone, I over heard her tell the person on the phone she would come over as soon as they called her back.
I feel that the sign was a lie and they closed the store an hour and a half early for no reason.
Very bad business…

Avoid them, they are a bunch of crooks. This is a business where you prepay. Twice this year, they claimed I never paid for a few shirts and was forced to pay extra during pickup.
If you must use them, save and carry all of your receipts.

We used them for the first time this past weekend. They did a good job on most items but one brand new Jos A. Banks executive dress shirt was returned, cleaned to us damaged and I went to the store to resolve the issue. The women at the desk was very nice, wrote everything down and had the manager call me the next day. Keith, the manager, called me the next morning and started off by telling me he tagged the shirt and it was damaged when it came in. I stopped him and explained it was impossible because it was still in wrapping when it came in. Long story short — the right thing was to replace my cost of the shirt and move on. Instead he accused me of trying to scam them for the cost of the shirt and bringing in a defective item. I paid $ 57 for dry cleaning and wanted by discounted cost, as this was bought over Christmas, of $ 33 for replacing the shirt. I will have to pay the tstandard prce of $ 85 to replace it regardless. Yeah, I am scamming them for something that cost less than the dry cleaning bill. Awful service, awful place, will never go again!

Worst dry cleaners ever! I had an article lost by them. The ghetto manager insisted that they no longer had it because it was «checked out» of their system. He couldn’t verify who checked it out or when or to who but told me there was nothing else he was going to do. He refused to give out the owners contact information. He also hung up on me. After a couple weeks my article was found in their warehouse by one of their employees. I learned my lesson NEVER do business with them. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I now use Shelton Family Cleaners and they have always been very professional!
