Great customer service on the phone and in person. Went to exchange a DVR box and change some account details. In and out in less than 30min.

Terrible Service — Something has changed! After 10 years of DSL service, our last year has been unreliable. In April, we hoped upgrading and getting new equipment would work. April 2015– upgraded our service to the top DSL package offered(20mgb) November 2015– numerous tech support calls where they politely attempted to troubleshoot December– disconnections and slowness continued. Support said they would send a tech out to see if we needed an extender for about $ 3 per month. December 21-tech does not call and leaves a tag on our door. December 24– tech shows up without calling and doesn’t want to listen to what has already been tried. He tells me, «The kids on the phone are contractors. They don’t know what they’re talking about. We don’t do extenders. If you want an extender, you go out to Best Buy and get one and set it up.» He also tells me everything they did over the phone was wrong. He leaves and our internet is worse than ever! December 28th– Phone support told me the tech at my home was wrong. They have indeed been offering extenders for 6 months. They set up a new service call and were supposed to come between 8 and noon. No show and no call. December 30th– tech was supposed to come sometime between 8 and 5. 2nd no show and no call. I called them at the end of the day. They told me to call at 8am and they would be able to give me a window. December 31st– I called at 8AM and was told our internet repair was scheduled for the 8 – 12 or 1 – 5 window and they would call if they couldn’t make it. Well… 3rd time… No call and no show. Other internet options are out there. Don’t settle for Consolidated Communications.
