Pizza was delivered late & cold. It looks as if the pizza was «deflated» like how a pizza looks after it’s been microwaved. we also got stuffed crust– and you could barely tell it was stuffed the pizza was so flat. Now I know it’s a fast food chain, and I’m not expecting a five star pie, but for real– at least be hot and a little better than what I would expect out of a 3 year olds birthday party pizza if you’re going to be late. This is really the only location of pizza huts I’ve ever had a problem with.

I order from Pizza Hut pretty often and this is the worst location ever. I ordered a cheesy bites pizza with mushrooms and the cheese burnt up and just not how it’s supposed to be at all. They also forgot the sauce that goes along with it. I’d recommend ordering pizza from the Mason Road one. They’re much more friendly and they make the pizza like it’s supposed to be.

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh!!! The Garlic Parmesan crust was delicious and the new robust tomato sauce are a great combination!!!

If you are planning on trying the new flavored crusts you’re in for a big disappointment. I’ve ordered their flavored crust three times already and they never add any flavoring to the crusts. It would be great if they paid attention to the orders instead of always getting them wrong.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut on December 30,2014. The pizza never came. I called back a hour and half later and the employee told me that the delivery guy locked his keys in the car. I thought to myself «It could happen». So I just had her remake the pizza so I could pick it up. I get the 40 mins later and the pizza still isn’t ready. I had to wait another 30 – 40 mins to get my pizza. The nice guys said that he would give me a credit which I think was well deserved. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to order there again because everyone has a bad day every once in a while. So I order for pick up and when I get there I told the lady I was given a credit. She was like ok and was looking it up while another employee was being very rude to me and I told her that I wasn’t speaking to her and got very rude and disrespectful with me. The manager just gave me the pizza which was nice but I will never EVER buy anything from this location again. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!!

I was really excited to try one of their new sauces until I took a big bite of a slice with the same old tomato sauce… checked my online order to make sure I hadn’t just chosen the wrong thing, but my e-​receipt says Creamy Parm Garlic sauce. That, combined with the lukewarm food, will make me hesitate to order again.

wow, 1 hour 13 mins to get a pizza 1⁄6th of a mile. we are pretty sure the delivery guy was drunk and then the pizza was cold and greasy. Over all $ 25 for all that = domino’s or papa’s next time.

Ordered Flat Bread Pizza online. Order it to be delivered. Web said it would be at the house around 2023 hours. At 2115, I decided to call asking where my pizza was. Every time I called it was a fast busy. 2200 hours I was leaving to go to the store to inquire where my pizza was, and up the driveway drives the delivery guy. I asked why the delay? He stated it was raining and they were really busy, I tipped the guy 15% and sent him on his way. Pizza was cold and lacked most of the primary ingredients for pizza, Some of worst pizza I have ever had.

6 hungry co-​workers, an hour and half to deliver, and the only thing management can offer is: $ 20 off on the next order.
Every large company that delivers has some sort of logistical software, except Pizza Hut? There was a delivery gun in the building with 1 pizza, for someone else. And that was an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered. Is there a limit on how many pizza’s the delivery drivers can carry?
Pizza Hut has always been a convenience everyone can deal with when there is too much work to get out of the office. But they effectively ruined our lunch on this friday. Silent angry people in the lines, everyone too weak to chat as the office now resembles a soup kitchen for the homeless and despair.
And did they make our pizza’s in a sauna?
The sad part is we have to order from Pizza Hell again to use the discount coupon.

The service was good and fast because it was the end of the night. The pizza was only so-​so. There was very little sauce and cheese was skimpy. There was one section of the crust that had nothing on it but the crust bubbled up.

Almost everytime I’ve ordered pizza from this location, they are out of some sort of major ingredient (usually crust) it’s a pizza place how do you run a business creating pizzas and run out of the main ingredient to make a pizza? The staff usually tries to make it up to you but the managers need to get it together so they can plan ahead to pre-​order the ingredients they’ll need. especially for weekends, holidays and major sporting events when people tend to order pizza. I’ll be back but only because this is the closest pizza hut in my area.

I’m in a hotel across the street. Its freezing outside. I don’t wanna go out, I wanna order in. I call pizza hut for wings. Its going to be an hour for delivery even though its a whole 125 yards away, so I order for pickup.
The guy behind the counter offers a free soda while I wait.
Pizza rolls I ordered aren’t ready, no biggie. I wait some more. Finally pizza rolls are ready. No wings. They make the wings, pay leave.
Get to to hotel, pizza rolls are raw dough in the middle, no ranch sauce for the wings.
I call back to complain, the guy who answers credits my Pizza Hut account enough to get my attention and doesn’t have to ask anybody’s permission, which most places could take a lesson from.
All in all, food was 1.5 stars, customer service 4.25 stars.
Will only repeat because I have a bunch of credit to use.
