DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I GOT MORE PROBLEMS than I had when I came to this store. I got groupon and I came to this to fix my broken Sumsung galaxy screen. When I got the phone back it turns out that they damaged LED screen and they wanted to charge me $ 200. During my visit I saw a lot of disappointed customers with the same problems (GROUPON) There are working really stupid, not professional people.

First my husband went in a day after we purchased the groupon to have my phone screen repaired. The attendant told him they were out of the iPhone 6 replacement screen that We had purchased, but that there would be stock in about a week. So I gave them over a week and I called to ensure that they were in stock, the gentleman who answered the phone ensured me that they had them, so I headed there (about 45 min. Away due to Katy traffic). I went and told the guy behind the counter that I had called and asked about the iPhone 6 screen. He said yes we have them. Then asked if I was using a groupon. I then said yes, then he said … Oh I’m not sure if we can replace this screen. He the proceeds to take my phone behind a desk area and chatted with the other guys. Then returned and said that he couldn’t do it because iPhone 6 screens are thin and delicate, and they didn’t think they could replace it without breaking the the touch abilities and other functions. Then proceeds to say that if they broke those while attempting to replace the screen that I would have to pay to have them replaced, which could cost as much as $ 300. My touch screen was working fine, and nothing else was wrong with the phone. I said, well, since u can’t fix it i would like a refund. He then said, sure, but I needed to contact groupon in order to get the refund. I was very upset, so I left there and went to a place closer to home (not using a groupon). From the moment I arrived, it was such a better experience. I mentioned the experience I had just left to make sure that there woul not be any additional fees; they said that there wasn’t a chance of damaging anything, because they were trained in fixing the screen and that anyone trained could replace it without a problem. I was greatful for their confidence but this made me angry at ‘Express Mobile’, because I had waisted over 2 hours of my day and 1 ½ hours of my husbands day the prior week trying to use the groupon. That they advertised and sold the groupons, they had no intention of honoring them. … Or when they didn’t want to do the work for the price advertised, they lied and found a way to either get more money or not honor their service at all. This is a scheme and theft by this company. I am very discouraged about buying any groupons in the future because of they time, and gas waisted… I ended up spending $ 175 to fix my phone because I had to get it fixed, because I was leaving town and wasn’t willing to try groupon again. I requested an immediate refund from groupon and suggested that this company is no longer able to sell on groupon. … If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen it.
