Five Below

This store was great went about 8:30 tonight to find a cell case and other stuff, a lot
of cool things to look and at great prices! My only negative was the staff they never knew we were there. The check out lady only words to us was «receipt is in the bag»…I was expecting a thank you or need anything else. Maybe my fault I expect too much for customer service…

Why and how I missed writing a review for this place I do not know, but I surely have fallen in love with this store! If you like shopping in dollar stores and finding items that you never thought you needed but seem to want when you shop, then $ 5 below will be right up your alley! With the exception of the price of items ranging from $ 5 and below, there’s a variety of items to choose from that you’ll 1) either find for cheap, 2) never thought you needed but all of a sudden want, 3) buy out of curiosity. On my first visit, my Mom and I were looking for knickknack items to give to her grandkids/​my nieces as end of the year good job presents. We found a grand selection of various items such as lunch pails, games, tshirts, nail art.. . the list can go on and on. They also carry a lot of animated character products from the movie, Frozen and Hello Kitty. You’ll also find beach supplies and gear for cheap here as well. At first I thought this store was for little kids and teens, but lo and behold, go to the back corner and you’ll find fitness equipment such as gloves, slimming belts, weights, and yoga blocks – just to name a few. Most of the equipment you’d find in this section would easily cost over $ 5, so I thankful for such a relief to my pocket book to find fitness gear to help in me shape up my workout regimen.
Once more, the snacking section is pretty standard with a variety of chips and candies to choose from (but honestly, cost more compared to the dollar store). However, all the old school candy that is available 10 for $ 1 will probably lure you with it’s nostalgia. Now or Laters, Blow Pops, Sour Patches, and Fire Balls (just to name a few), lay in wait to be scooped up and placed in a plastic bag to get your sweet tooth satisfied. There’s also small boxes of movie theater candy for 25 cents such as one of my favs, Hot Tamales, that I couldn’t pass up.
Truly, Five Below has something for everyone as you will discover on your only visit if you so choose. An eclectic mix of items that are sure to keep your wallet happy.

This is my first time here. The store just recently opened and I have to say for a discount store it is very neat and organized, and yes there are customers in the store and it’s really neat. Nice place to go when you on a budget. They even have workout equipment. Will revisit to see what time brings and will update my review.
