I got a charm as a gift and I came to this location to add to my bracelet. I bought another charm and I left my bracelet to add those charm to it. after 2 days I went there to pick it up. not only the put them in the wrong place, they didn’t even bothered themselves to clean my bracelet!!! zero customer service.

This place can cost a pretty Penny depending on what you are in search for, but worth it.
I am not a jewelry kind of girl, but I love wearing my James Avery pieces. The designs are classy and clean, if that makes sense.
I have spent lots of money here and do not regret it one bit. I have bought pieces for almost everyone in my family. You can never go wrong with a charm or ring from this place for that special person.
They also have jewelry for men! Yay! And jewelry that they would actually wear. Silver and clean lines.
I have only visited the Katy location and have always had a positive experience with their customer service. The people there are friendly and extremely helpful. They get pretty busy at times, but when you get this kind of service, the wait is worth it.

I spent a lot of money in here and needed to return two items without the original receipt. Two people both said I could only get store credit. I demanded on how to get a copy of the original. They didn’t know. As I was looking through my bank statement to show the purchase she asks for the items and looks up the item numbers and asks for the card it was used on and I received my return. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Love James Avery, it’s beautiful jewelry and it’s pretty affordable. My sister got me the «key to my heart» ring for Christmas but it was just a little too big, so we went in and exchanged it, the staff was polite, friendly and very helpful and we were in and out within 15 minutes.
