Hi! I love KF’s Ranchero and other Kolache’s here, but one thing that I was disappointed at this location is they don’t take 3 days expired coupon. The employee said ‘wow! expired 3 days long time ago’ Is 3 days long time? He would not accept it and let me go out of store, I will never go back to this location. He told me that it is a corporation policy. If I had a valid coupon, he would said Thank You! I don’t believe in this kind of different business practice treat customers in different situation. The corporation office should honor any of your coupons regardless of expiration date unless it is very special limited coupon that will make your company falls. I would not go bank to KF until I hear reply from KF office.

Best kolaches in Houston. Try a Ranchero on Monday mornings to get the week started off on the right note. Or try one of the other 20 or so varieties — this place blows my mind…

Since moving back to the Katy area, we stop by here at least once a weekend. Everyone has a favorite including the Ranchero; Texas hot; sausage jalepeno and cheese. The food is always awesome for texas-style kolaches however the service is hit or miss. Some employees are exceptionally nice and some leave much to be desired. Definitely a place to stop by for a quick easy breakfast.

The kolaches were awesome! The service from the guy who helped me left something to be desired. I hate when people are rude for no reason. I will stop by again I just hope I get a different employee.

I love ALL Kolaches!!! I love the cream cheese Kolache THEMOST. I absolutely have to get Kolaches when I’m in Texas or the other few locations. Sorry, there’s not much I can say but I LOVEKOLACHES!

This location has a great staff and very friendly. Personally my favorite is the Ranchero Kolache. It’s egg, cheese, jalapeño and it’s a great kick in the morning. If you got big orders, call ahead and they’ll have it ready. Why not 5, coffee, it’s ok at best. Very few breakfast places in town serve truly great coffee, most are average and here is no exception. All join their rewards program with the Thanx app. Good way to save some coin !

If you print out coupons from internet, they would not honor /accept your coupon. They told us we made a copy even though we printed using printer. Also online coupons are not valid because we can keep using it. Coupons are to bring customers in. What is a big deal if I use more often or all the time? They told us that they will lose money if all the people bring coupons. Not a good excuse for refusing printed coupons. This location has a corporate office next it, but sounds like they don’t care. $ 2.50+tax is too much for a kolache without BOGO.

Kolaches are one of the things that I miss most when I’m out of Texas. I have yet to find a place that even knows what they are where I live now. Right near the intersection of Grand Parkway and Westheimer Parkway, it is a convenient spot for an early morning bite to eat. Selections are always plentiful and a bit overwhelming. Where at a normal donut shop you would get an option of Sausage or Sausage w/Jalepeno, at Kolache Factory you get to choose from Sausage, Texas Hot Sausage, Polish Hot Sausage, Ham, Ham and Egg, etc. They range from savory to sweet. My favorite is the Cream Cheese Kolache which looks a bit like a Danish, but with sweeter non-flaky bread. They serve fountain drinks, coffee, and bottled drinks including juices and milk. The staff here is the only drawback. They are just about the surliest, dead-eyed bunch I know. They frequently forget what you ordered and have to ask you to repeat yourselves. They don’t talk clearly when asking if you want them heated or not. As a rule, I like this place in spite of the staff not because of the staff.
