Maid Service of Katy

I’ve heard of them as well. I just used another great local home cleaning service in Katy call Vital Cleaning Services and all I can say is WOW!

I am leaving another follow up review for Mrs Maid and the owner’s comments.
2 questions that you need to ask yourself as a future customer.
1. would you use a company that is sending an employee to your home that has a record for THEFT and DRUGS? Proven fact !
2. would you use a company that is under investigation for Felony THEFT? Proven Fact.
I have no reason in the world to be in the middle of this mess other than Mrs Maid hired an Employee that is a convicted Thief and sent her to my home and the next day my wife’s $ 16,000 wedding ring was gone from her jewelry box. Whether the employee is found guilty is beside the point. The facts are Mrs Maid sent a convicted Thief into my home and the ring was gone that day. A Investigator has revealed the record of theft and history of pawning items by the employee. I will be more than happy to let the judicial system do its part and will also be happy to reveal the facts and only the facts through the process.

Thumbtack is where you can have people from different businesses send you quotes on the job you need to get done. Mrs. Maid made me a quote at a very reasonable and competitive price for a move out cleaning service. The crew came about 30 min later than planned and they did a very good job. After inspection I noticed they forgot to clean the inside of cabinets and drawers. I took some pictures and sent them to the manager the next day. The manager was super apologetic and sent out a crew the same day I called. The manager is very nice and very helpful. It was a big job and I sympathized with the crew since we had a 2600 sqft home. It took them approximately 6 hours to finish the job plus the time the next day. No extra fees were charged. The quote was the final and total price and there were no surprise charges in the end. Communication was flawless and very easy. The owner spoke English and again was very helpful.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning, especially a move out job.
