RJ was awesome! Super friendly, so helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable! This was my first time buying a mattress and I did go to another place after I left this store. Just wanted to see what else was out there before making a large purchase such as this. I went right back to RJ within an hour. At the other store I went to, I looked a different mattress then the one I had spoken with RJ about the first time. He helped me compare the two and helped me make an informed decision I was had little knowledge about. I’m so excited for it to get delivered! Much thanks to RJ for helping me with this process! He was just wonderful! I hope soon to be coming back for the adjustable base! I will most definitely be looking for RJ to help! Thanks so much again!!!

We had a miscommunication issue with our delivery, but it seems to go all the way down to the warehouse. The store staff is great and the manager (Dominique) has followed up to try and solve the issue as soon as possible.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dominique Reed. He greeted us immediately and gave us excellent descriptions of the Tempur-​pedic vs. the Postur-​pedic. The store was clean, organized & the sales team was so kind to our kids.
This was our 1st time to purchase from Mattress One and we decided to go with the Serta Insight and we bought 2 twins (to make a king) for me and my husband. We got it during their Veterans sale for a great price! Dominique was very patient while we made our decision and we will definitely be coming back for beds for our boys. I highly recommend this store and ask for Dominique.

I hate shopping for furniture. So many decisions, difficult sales people (to the point of stalking), etc. However, I wanted to share a great experience I recently had with Mattress1One. I went to the 24 445 Katy Freeway, Katy, TX location and met Chris Gaither, Sales Associate. Chris was perfect. He showed us all the options and let us make our own choice. Typically sales people will try to steer you to the most expensive option whether you want it or not for a bigger commission. Not Chris… He was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, efficient and I could go on… Yesterday the new bed was delivered and very carefully and efficiently set up by the delivery crew. The whole experience couldn’t have been better. If you are looking for a new bed/​mattress, go see Chris Gaither at Mattress1One in Katy. He’s the best!
