I was so excited when this place have opened! They advertised in the local newspapers and promised handmade chocolates and sweets with no artificial flavors or colors. On our recent visit I was disappointed to see a huge display of what looked like regular commercial candy. Maybe it wasn’t, but it was not labeled, there were no ingredients listed anywhere, and the sales staff didn’t know what they were made of. They do have a small display with handmade truffles which were delicious, but again lacked labels with lists of ingredients. The staff could’t answer what the truffles were made of. I was glad to see low-glycemic options being available. All in all, an OK place, delicious handmade truffles, but please — educate your staff and label your merchandise. At a first glance it looked like 90% of candy and chocolate in the store were commercial candy, not handmade.

What a thoughtful little place! There’s something for everyone here, whether you love high-end boutique chocolates or old-fashioned jellybeans and«kid» candy. There’s also a nice selection of gifts for people of all ages. Love the locally-owned twist and the owners make some really lovely signature items that are to-die-for! The best part is that nothing in here has the typical artificial junk, so if you or your family has food sensitivities you will be in heaven. Seems like the kid parties are a lot of fun too. Something different is always a good thing! Katy needs more imaginative(non-chain store) places like this.
