First time here. Parents have been a few times before and really love it. Very nicely decorated. Full bar. Sushi is really good. Been to other places in Katy and I didn’t care for the sushi, but this place is very good. I will be coming back every time when I visit my parents. Cheesecake was awesome too!

I had the TNT role which was delicious, the staff was friendly and its a great atmosphere, perfect for a date or to go out with friends. Cheap prices for sushi too!

There are very little places in Houston where you can find fresh Uni. I stopped in on this joint on whim and was pleasantly surprised. Quality of the fish was excellent as the flesh was glistening and fresh. Not an overwhelming menu which means they focus on what they get in fresh and do it right. Pleasantly surprised of the ambiance of the restaurant located in a strip centre

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is katy’s hiddin treasure. The best sushi and sashimi I have ever had in my hubby and I eat here a couple nights a week and leave with a smile everytime. The owner and his staff make you feel like family, They go that extra mile to make you feel at home. I cant begin to exsplain how amazing the sushi cheif is. We call him a food artist! The most beautiful food you will ever eat. Come on my katy neighbor’s do your tummy a favor, Go give Hana sushi bar a try, you’ll be glad you did.

A new sushi restaurant in Katy, that replaced the mongolian restaurant that didnt last. Hearing good stuff about this place, craving soba or ramen, lunch here seemed like a good idea. Well 2 problems, no noodles on the menu, and some none too traditional offerings. Never been a big fan of all the rolls filled with cream cheese or mayonnaise, the decision quickly focused on a bento box with a side. $ 16 later, I walked away still hungry, nor impressed. The spicy fish bento box was not spicy, and it had some sort of mayonnaise based sauced artfully stroked across the top. It was neither memorable or filling. The Seaweed salad was just that, right down the middle just like how it comes in a signature Kroger’s deli. I honestly hope they can make it, as this is a very nicely put together atmosphere with a chance to become a great after hours lounge. Just wish the food wasnt so much like the other Americanized Sushi bars.
