Echoing the others, parking is scarce. Maybe four spots. Of course, I’m not sure more than four people could fit into the store. I’ve ordered a few parts in the past. Sometimes they are slow to answer the phone, but prices are fair and they are good at letting you know the part is there. They lose a star for a small policy change. You used to be able to order the part over the phone and pick it up on arrival, but now you have to order in person. It’s annoying to make the extra trip for a $ 2 part, even when you’re fine with giving your credit card info over the phone. But, when Stihl has you in its trap, there aren’t a whole lot of other dealers in the area.

Parking is slim. Staff is friendly, but lacks in knowledge of credit applications and processing. Just be prepared to wait. Variety to choose from.

Only giving it one star because I have to. I would avoid this place at all cost, nasty customer service, lie to you on the phone, nasty, nasty, nasty. I’d wear gasoline boxers and run through hell before I’d go here again.
