My husband purchased a watch at this location for me for Valentines Day. I took the watch in today after he was told I could bring it back and get it sized ANYTIME and or also return it if I did not end up liking it within 30 days. I was treated horrible by the sales associates and shift manager. When simply asking for the request of sizing(3 links to be taken out) I was smirked at and then told in a rude unconcerned tone that«they weren’t doing sizing today because the store was busy». I am hoping this is simply a poor choice made at a store level vs an unethical choice made at a company level. How is it correct or good business to turn way customers needing simple service that have already spent several hundred dollars so you can score a few sales? I have been a fan of MK for many years and have always enjoyed their products. I now find myself with a $ 300 purchase I no longer see as positive symbol of my loving marriage. When realizing the negative tone they placed on my Valentines gift I opted to simply return it for a full refund in the tender originally purchased. Seeing how my husband was reassured by Paula that he could return it for a refund if I didn’t like it. Second disappointment was finding out this store and lovely Paula lied about refunds because they only refund in store credit? How can a company stand beyond such poor business ethics? I loved MK but I believe its time to say goodbye! DONOTPURCHASEANYTHINGATTHISLOCATIONUNLESSYOUENJOYBEINGLIEDTOANDMISTREATEDAS A CUSTOMER!
