We enjoyed our meal. Been there 3 times. Despite some of the reviews I liked it … and the Freebirds they are talking about that is better? Go to Mission Burrito. We hate Freebirds. But … I do like Moe’s. It’s a nice change from the other burrito outlets. Cheaper too. As far as I know, this is the only Moe’s SW Grill. Thankfully, Katy is starting to catch up with more selections of restaurants, instead of the(Bahhhh!) franchise chains. I do wish Moe’s was located on the south side of I-10 tho’.

Just OK. Can’t compete with Freebirds. We used to like it when we lived in Lubbock, but will not be going back anymore.

After watching Moe’s on Undercover Boss I knew we had to go. First of all, they did say, Welcome to Moes” upon entering but not very enthusiatically. I got the nachos and they were mediocre at best. No spring mix lettuce available though, just the white lettuce. Portion was also much smaller than at other similar places. Hubby got burrito with the fixings and gave it a below average. In fact he compared it to Taco Bell. We did both agree, queso was good but not enough to go back for. We will stick with Freebirds!

I decided to give it a try since there was a Monday special on burritos. The menu looked great; however, I was not impressed by the food or the service. The meat was sort of bland and by the time I drove home with the food(10 minutes tops), it was lukewarm. Will not be back… Chipotle wins. hands down!

If you like Chipotle you will like this place, has more flavor and spice. I saw a commercial about the new chicken bowl and decided to give it a try. great flavor, spice and fresh ingredients makes this a notch above other bowl franchises. My only complaint was the plastic silverware was so cheap and flimsy it was kind of a joke.

I’m happy that a place is around that has many vegetarian options. However, when I went for the first and only time I was told they were out of tofu! So I went without any protein. I ordered the nachos and they were really good. The chips are good, but really need to be thicker. I ordered to go and live very close. When I grabbed a chip it broke and pretty much all of them were soggy and I had to eat them with a fork. Also, when I checked out the manager was there and learned that I had wanted tofu but they were out. He told me that they will give me double tofu next time. Well, idk how they will remember me. He didn’t even offer to discount my food and it was pretty expensive for not having any meat or tofu. I will return but so far I’m hoping that they will redeem themselves.

Said they were open till 9pm. Came at 815a and the chairs were on the tables and they were locking doors and waving as if they were closed. Apparently this is what happens at this location since I’ve heard from the others the same thing. And I was extremely excited that moes came to Katy since I used to eat it all the time in Tn. And I drove 30min to get there and try it out.

The food wasn’t very fresh and mediocre at best. The steak looked like it was sitting around for a while Further, both men’s and women’s restrooms were out of hand soap. I’d rather go to Freebirds.

Super nice, awesome soda machine, good prices but no flavor and food is why I came here. Use as many salsas as you can because if you don’t the food is not flavored as well as it should be and if your lucky not dry. Not my favorite and I would drive another 50 yards to go to freebirds before eating here again.

I was originally gonna eat at Salata but the line was too long so I went here instead and I’m so glad I did! The bowl was AMAZING with so much flavor I think I’ll be going there for lunch today!

I liked this place when I first tried it, but coming here tonight with the door open and being told they’re closed, really made me mad cause I was craving this place. I didn’t even realize what time it was when I walked in, but you never turn a customer away no matter how close to closing time it is. If your door is open at 8:50, and your time says 9pm, you serve until that time no matter how slow you’ve been all day. I learned that the hard way when I was in the restaurant business. Normally I won’t go in a place that’s about to close, but I wasn’t even thinking about the time. I had just gotten off of work & I saw the billboard on my way home, so I followed my stomach. One of the employees said they talked to the owner and that’s who gave them permission to turn me away. I was given the name of the owners, Tiana and Sa(spell check?) I was going to call and talk to one of them, but I don’t think I’ll be going back. Came to Unilocal instead. I can forgive because the employees there were just kids probably still in school, but I’ll just stick to Chipotle. I’m pretty sure those kids will learn today. I give two stars cause the manager on duty did try to make up for her employees’ mistakes by telling me they shouldn’t have turned me away. She was wanting to help me, but it was too late. Good luck on your visit! I’d say go during lunch. The lunch staff was so nice the last time I visited.

This place is OK. Just like the other reviews, There are better«burrito» places. I had the stack, it was pretty good. The chicken tasted good and the mushrooms were good as well. The pork and the beef were average at best. Service was slow. Their«famous queso» is just average queso. I’ve had way better. I also was not impressed by their salsas. Their«hot» was not. Their medium was about as hot as the hot, but it was chunky style salsa and I liked it better, but it still had a funny taste to it. The stack was very messy to eat, not necessarily a bad thing, just be prepared. The tea was very good as well.

I love Moe’s! Being from Birmingham, I was So excited to finally have one in Houston! The queso is so yummy. The Billy Barro? Not sure if I’m saying it right, but it’s nachos. I got the steak and grilled mushrooms on it and it was so delicious! I would choose this place over Chipotle and Freebirds ANY day. Highly recommend you give this place a try!

Service at this restaurant was pretty good but the food was below average. Compared to all the other burrito locations around Katy it is better than bullritos but freebirds, chipotle and uberitto are much better. The topping and rice selections are lacking compared to the others as well. The only rice selection was a dirty rice that did not taste very good. My husband and I were both unable to finish our bowls and opted to eat elsewhere instead.

I am originally from Atlanta so I was very excited to get a Moes nearby. The flavors, free chips, white queso(most places here have yellow queso for some reason), and overall vibe are a few reasons why I’ll always choose this place over similar establishments!

I was excited about having a new place to try out, especially one with Mexican food, but I was sorely disappointed. This is basically a sub par Freebirds, Chipolte and Uberito. The menu was not that creative and it honestly didn’t taste that great. It was lacking in flavor and they didn’t have many selections to fill up a burrito or put in a salad. I think I’ll stick to the other three places with the same concept but that have better food in my opinion.

One star is all I could give this place. It’s new, but was dirty. The food wasn’t anything to write home about or even try for a second chance. The whole grain tortilla seemed old or was really tough. The flavor just wasn’t in the burrito. We had chips and a side of the queso with our meal. The chips were so old and stale it was pathetic. They must be the throw outs from Freebirds. If you’re looking for a good burrito with taste and some good chips and queso then don’t waste your time. Go on to Freebirds. That’s what I’ll do!

Great service! Awesome food… free chips and salsa. Ordering is pretty easy and there are way more selections than chipotle. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars because of the far away location. I was coming from midtown, Houston. All you need to know it’s that I’ve made the drive multiple times. Worth it
