I was in the market for a new printer that I could print wireless from my tablets and phones. My current one was @8−9 years old and it was time for an upgrade. After researching several places and reading reviews I came across the HP Officejet Pro 8610. It was priced slightly higher at most places but it is a $ 200 printer that was on sale for $ 79.99. It was a can’t miss for me.
I ordered it online for local pickup at the OfficeMax which are now connected with Office Depot. When I went to pick it up I was told it was out of stock? The manager told me that the nearby Office Depot had 4 of them and would honor the online price which they did. I even bought the extended warranty with my savings. I will definitely save their website for future shopping!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a 1 all around, cleanliness of the store, customer service, managers competence, pricing accuracy and much more. In addition to the cashier overpricing me on several items, ignoring the notice on his register static the sale price, he just ignored it and tried to overcharge me. Then while this happened I had been waiting an hour for printing services and he finally says that they have no toner so I left without the print outs I needed. And manager ignores me while I’m calling for me to top it off, because I didn’t realize until after that he’s the incompetent fool that was previously at the copy services not able to address any customer with confidence.

First time here, needed less than $ 100 office supplies, was greeted with staff that were competent and professional. Store was clean, a tad bit techy than the other stores in the Galleria area. Selection of what I needed, easy to access did not have to crawl under anything or on top of anything to get what I needed.
Asked for $ 10 coupon off that I had received via email, did not have to give them a code or show them my phone, easy $ 10. Easy access for a strip center.

Had to run in here for some supplies since I’m now self employed, the store was clean, fully staffed and the staff strategically placed. I wish they store was organized better, but it’s whatev, found my way. Take a look at some of the employees… lol.

This is definitely the place to go for office supplies — especially big items like office furniture. That alone gives them 5 stars for me!
We have bought a desk here as well as 2 of the most comfortable chairs for our computer room. I admit it, I’m a computer gaming addict and this place has some of the most comfortable computer chairs you’ll find. That being said, they are comfortable and they are NOT cheap! But the price of a great chair is worth not having the back pain I had with my previous computer chair!
