I was in a hurry to get a basic manicure and pedicure during lunch and was happy when they took me in right away and was able to have two different people work on me. I give it stars because of the service, the speed, and cost. Only reason I do not give it 5 stars because I feel like there were not too many color options for nail polish and because I did not see where the instruments they worked with came from (a sealed plastic bag, a container, where?)… that worries me sometimes for sanitation purposes. My nails look great though and I’m pretty happy with the price so will definitely go back.

I am happy with the services at Orchid. I have been going there for several years. There was a bumpy transition to the new owner, but it has passed and the ladies work well together. It isn’t a fancy salon, but the new owner is making improvements. All of the instruments are cleaned properly and they are very particular about getting my pedicure and shellac are well done. They are happy and friendly and I will continue to do so!

Just went this Saturday and had a lip brow wax. The place is under new ownership and it sucks! Worst experience ever! The lady was rough and TORE OFF skin above my lip. She blamed my tenderness on sensitive skin, but I have a patch of raw skin! They took no ownership for her bad work and I am left with a big red patch of raw skin. Went and had my doctor check it out to be safe. Find somewhere else to go!
